Can't recommend enough. Spoke with Jeff, he took the time to explain everything to me to correct the issue and did not sell me unecessary parts. Very honest work which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend. Will be going back if I ever run into any further issues with my appliances. Thank you again.

Called them to have someone come and look at our fridge. The technician determined that we needed a new fridge fan. He told me he would order the part and get back to me. After a few days with no contact back from them, I found the part online, expressed shipped it to my house, replaced the part myself and got my fridge working. SIX WEEKS later, I finally get a call back asking if I still wanted the part for my fridge and that it would be upwards of $300. I found the part online for less than $100, got in in two days and replaced it myself. I now owe a $100 for the diagnostic" visit. Would not recommend at all."

never did order my parts after months of calling and emails I finally gave up. My repair was warranty work. I didn't want to give him any stars but had to do I could give him a review

A lengthy phone call discussing the dishwasher issues. He researched and informed me of a number of possible issues it could be. Gave me a reasonable quote. Suggested that I try the easiest possibility first that I could do on my own and to let him know how I made out. It worked! He was honest and did not attempt to come over for a service call fee but assisted me for free on the phone! I would recommend based on honesty and integrity!

After canceling and rescheduling appointments for a small job for 3+ weeks - the co-owners" had the audacity to laugh at me and say "whatever take your business elsewhere" when I rightfully expressed my concern for being pushed back for so long recieving little

I dealt with JAM Appliances because my Bosh dishwasher was under warranty and I had to. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. I called six times and left messages which were not returned. When I finally managed to speak with someone, he lacked communications skills. He told me his appointment book was at home and he would call me to schedule a time, but failed to get back to me again. For such an apparently reputable company, they have a poor excuse for a repairman. Don't bother to call JAM - there are so many other trustworthy and responsible companies in Sudbury.

1 star is too many. I called over three weeks ago to fix my mother's fridge. Made the appointment and they showed up like they said. The repair man said a new fan was needed and he would order it. Never heard from them again . Left numerous messages and no one called back. I ordered the part myself and repaired it myself.

Beware!!! Absolutely horrendous experience with the owner Jeff, very dishonest and untrustworthy. After multiple attempts to try and fix our fridge and freezer that is under warranty he has been un successful we have now been without a fridge for 3 plus weeks.

Fridge was giving me a hard time. Called jam to inquire about servicing. He spent a good 20 minute on the phone with me in diagnosing the issue/problem. In the end we came to the conclusion that a repair wasn’t really worth the while in my situation... good fellow to have helped me out.
