Great Service! Needed immediate replacement of brake cable. The Zoom Team were friendly, welcoming and very professional. Bike was repaired VERY quickly for a great price. Highly recommend this great company in NOTL on Mississagua Road!

We had a wonderful experience with zoom bikes.We were looking for bike rentals and just then we found one at the smugglers cove on the niagara parkway.There was a free parking lot there. We parked there and rode along the niagara river recreational trail all the way to its end ( kings point condo at the niagara sailing club)We then rode to the main location.There was a clean washroom to use! We returned bikes there!It took us approx 1.5 hours on the trail and exploring NOTL.This part of the trail was very serene and scenic and fairly easy infact there were steeper downhill slopes along fort george .Rest of the trail was very easy!We walked our way back from Mary st, passing through Butlers barracks to John st. A sidetrail runs parallel to john street passing by various vineyards. This was a very very serene walk.So multiple location make it very easy for explorers to rent and return bikes at different locations.All bikes had a basket infront!

I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could! They are so flexible, so easy to communicate with and so friendly! They offer delivery of your bikes to your airbnb address for no extra charge, the bikes are amazing (I bought the same model for myself after one of my wine tours with them) and they also offer winery bookings that let you arrive at your convenience on the day of booking, which is key when you are going with a big group!

Such a great experience and nice staff . Wine tour on bikes. Great bikes including Trek hybrid. Seats are comfy. The bike tour around the wineries and breweries was really cool. Highly recommended.

We picked up 3 bikes for 3 hours. Paid 142; however, the bikes had ongoing chain problem wherein we fall off the bike. Called the store to pick up the bikes from half way and store didn’t even return the money or showed empathy.Was a regular customer for 7 years and will now take my business somewhere else.

THE one and only place for renting a bike for your Niagara on the Lake riding adventures. Centrally located, providing easy access to the trails and wineries. Great bikes as well.

We rented the cruisers, the bikes were great and a lot of fun but we definitely didn’t need to book the wine tour activities through zoom. We went on Canada Day and the wineries were not busy at all.

Last year my wife and I (late 40s) rented E-Scooters from another store in NOTL and that was a blast. This time we brought our 16 and 18 year teens so we decided to rent E-Bikes instead of the Scooters and we had a great time. The teens loved them! We got up to 45 km/hour downhill and easily got to 30 km/hour effortlessly.You could ride the E-Bike an entire day without getting tired. I felt that these were easier to ride and safer than the Scooters hence this rental. We will def be back to rent for a full day and we are DEF buying E-Bikes asap. If you're unsure about E-Scoots, do the E-Bikes instead!

I decided to take my mother on a self guided bike tour using Zoom Leisure and I had a positively excellent experience. We booked online through their website. We rented 2 bikes and added 3 wine tastings. The booking process was very smooth. We were given the option to pay a deposit and paying the remainder on the day of, wasn't expecting that but great option. When we arrived, the staff was very attentive, cheery, and helpful. We received our bikes quickly and were assisted with any adjustments we needed. We were provided a map and we were off. The bikes were very comfortable and easy to ride. Way more comfortable than the bikes we own at home! I would definitely recommend Zoom Leisure if you're not interest in having a tour guide. We went at our own pace, stopped for breaks when necessary, and took detours whenever we felt like. We had an amazing day!
