Peter helped to install an electric heating system in my home, including two ETS units. He was professional, informative, and courteous throughout. It's evident that he really cares about his customers. An example is when I had trouble with collecting the rebate on one of my system from Efficiency NS. He personally stepped in, took full ownership of the problem, and got the matter resolved for me. If I could give him higher than 5 stars, I would. I definitely recommend him and his company as a place to do business.

Ignite Energy's customer service is second to NONE. Their product knowledge is the best AND they're ahead of the curve with what 'the next best thing' is for all home energy needs. Happy to have been introduced to this company!

Pete and his team were wonderful to work with. Right from the jump; all our questions were answered, installation was well done, and all our follow up was timely and professional. We have an old house with some tricky layout, but Pete's advice for our heating system was focused on what is best for us, without any sense of trying to 'up-sell'. Ignite Energy organized the installation of 3 heat pumps, several baseboards, and a hot water heater. They also coordinated the removal of our furnace, oil tank, and hot water rads. Peter was excellent to work with. He met our project needs at the best price and had everything done in just few days. We couldn't have been happier with Peter leading our energy upgrades. We've since recommended Peter to friends.Recently, I had a question about our heat pumps and Peter got back to me within the day. He continues to impress with his customer relations.

We were in the market for heat pumps to help us with out heating costs in our 50 year old home heated with electric baseboards. We received several quotes and while most concentrated on selling us a brand, Peter looked to sell us a solution that would best meet our needs. We decided to proceed with a single ductless heat pump and 2 thermal storage units. While it is too early to determine our cost savings, we can say that the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. Peter answered all of our questions promptly and the entire installation (over 2 days including an electrical panel upgrade) went smoothly and with minimal disruption. On time and on budget. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Peter again for any heating or electrical improvements.

Was looking to have 2 ETS units installed to help with heating during the winter. Peter came out, we discussed what I wanted and took a look around and came up with an option that I was very comfortable with. 2 ETS unites were installed as well as a panel upgrade and I couldn't be happier with how well they've performed.Peter and his team were great, I will be reaching out to them for future work I have planned as well when the time comes.

2 years ago we had quotes done by 2 popular companies for heat pumps. We didn't like the service and sales process with them and decided to hold off. We had Peter from Ignite Energy Atlantic come out recently to check out our place and offer his recommendations. He made it make sense, I didn't feel like we were being sold something, rather felt like he was providing us the best solution for our house and our situation. We really appreciated his personal touch, his knowledge and even his Covid process to make us feel comfortable. I'd give more stars if we could. We are beyond happy with the new system installed. Side note, the installation day was awesome and the techs and crew were all great, professional and very Covid conscious.
