i wish i caught the employee's name! i came in looking for my regular refills and some samples of hair care that i had been contemplating. they offered me 2 of the bigger sample pots for the conditioner and treatment i wanted to try so that i could get all of my long hair covered. i usually love the customer service here already, and that consideration was just extra appreciated!

Exceptional staff great selection of products. The staff are very knowledgeable on the products they're selling. I think it is an awesome idea when customers want to sample products they're able to try them out and take them home see if they like them.

I had a rather interesting customer experience here.I came in to exchange some pots to which I acknowledge I did not clean them thorough enough. The individual with the pink hair and glasses that was helping me seemed to be rather unimpressed by this despite me suggesting I will bring them home to wash and return another day.This individual said they will accept these pots just this time however they expressed this fairly rudely. I then reiterated that I will just clean them and come back and that I could tell they were giving bad vibes. They said that they had never encountered such an issue and was uncomfortable with the situation.Why are your employees uncomfortable with simple customer service in declining a customers intentions?Again I was very understanding and take full accountability for these pots being less than clean. Do better with your hiring Lush. Good and honest customer service is what helps customers return to a store.

Always fantastic staff and great service at this location! Abby helped me choose some new face masks for my collection as well as a lip balm. She had great recommendations and knowledge of the product. Lush always finds amazing employees, but this store is consistently above par.

Amazing customer service. I went to this location for the first time to look at scalp treatment products. I cannot remember the associates name but I was referred a hair mask to help soothe my dry and extremely irritated scalp. I went back with some friends a few weeks later and the same associate found me and said after I had left he consulted his manager to help find me an even better product. I am so thankful for his help and care in trying to treat my scalp and the products I’ve purchased so far have been amazing. All the associates I’ve dealt with at this location are so friendly and helpful. 10/10

This store is addictive. I started buying bath bombs and now buy most of my personal hygiene products from them. I love their shampoo bars. Even with long hair, the bar would last just as long as a bottle of shampoo. I also find their products don't leave that icky chemical feeling you get from most other products. If you're interested in one of their products but aren't sure if you'll like it, you can ask for a sample which I love. I have such sensitive skin that it's a pain to buy anything. It is pricey, but it's worth it for the quality.

Been introduced to this gem of a place , recently. A wide range of products to select from. Love their fragrances, hair & body care. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The manager is very disrespectful and rude, I’d say racist too! Lush has been honestly my favourite store and I basically own my entire skin care line from lush. unfortunately I will not be stepping into this store in my life given how rude this lady is. She also made us wait for almost 30 mins. Why are you on the phone for 30 mins when you’re supposed to be working at the store? You were not on your break either. Wish I could give you guys a zero star
