Best place in Steinbach for footwear. The customer service is always excellent.Even if you're not from Steinbach it might just be worth the trip!

I got a pair of bluntstones and they’re where too small sadly so I went back and they gave me a new pair of boots in the right size:)) the guy that helped me was awesome he’s always so friendly!!, thank you so much!!!!:)))

My wife and I went into the store this afternoon. I love her, but the girl is really independent to the point that she hates asking for help haha. She gets so much anxiety when employees from any store talk to her. We went in to look at blundstones, her’s were fading badly. An employee stood by and listened to our conversation and helped us get a product to bring her blundstones colour back. My bank account and I thank you!

I support some elderly people who need help finding boots, shoes and slippers. The staff at pic-n-pay shoes are always helpful. They happily measure their feet and bring them many options to try on until we find the exactly what they need. Great customer service.

Awesome selection, great prices and knowledgeable staff. My only issue is the width of the aisles. They're not wide enough for an elderly customer who is walking with an aid. However overall I'd definitely recommend this as a must, to visit.

I went in for a new pair of work boots as mine were barely being held together by the glue I used after they fell apart and the owner was gracious enough to give me a pair of basically new returned boots that he could no longer sell. Living alone in today's economy is tough and money is hard to come by so this was a HUGE help. Thank you very much Pic-N-Pay Shoes I very much so appreciate it!

**UPDATE*I ended up returning the boots as they hurt my lower back from the heel. I was able to return the boots (they weren't worn outside) to them no problem and get a pair of more comfortable ones. I ended up with Manitobah Mukluks instead.Thanks so much for helping me today fit my big wide flippers into a new pair of snow boots. I hate shoe shopping to begin with.(over 40 female and sweating all the time) So I thank you sir for your patience while I was wheezing my way, doing crazy yoga moves to get into boots and overheating.
