Pat is simply the most energetic realtor I have ever seen. I am dealing with Pat since 2005 what I liked about him was that he was always available and easy to reach during the entire process of searching and making the deal. I had tons of questions in mind he was kind enough to explain things to me patiently. After I explained to him about what I was looking for, he never took my time showing something to me that he knew would be out of my interest.He was quick in writting the offer ( we literally put the offer on the table 3 hours after the open house) and that was the key to our successful buy btw i bought and sold 8 property so far since 2005 with him.Pat has a very big connection. whatever we needed to make the deal happen he knew someone who could help.I highly recommend Pat as we had a wonderful experience working with him as our realtor.I wish I could rate more than 5 Star !
