Lucas was amazing. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great teamwork too. Lucas had to consult with another technician as it seemed like we had 3 or 4 different issues-ice maker not working, water barely dripping out, door open light flashing, but all doors closed, lights, and few other things, but thankfully easily fixed with one part/cable. Turns out this $5000+kitchenaid refrigerator has a major design flaw-cable to water and ice dispenser and deli control panel is located underneath the deli drawer. It catches and frays as you open drawer causing a multitude of issues that appear unrelated, but are all caused by same issue. A $100 cable fixed problem. Try to catch early as ice maker can fail causing water to leak into the control panel to deli drawer and then that's an additional $486 part. We caught on time.You pay service fee and even if they have to return it us covered by same fee if same repair. Really reasonable. Ordered 2 parts just in case we had to also replace deli control panel, but only needed cable. Only paid extra for part we had to use. came in quickly (1-2 work days). Fast simple.

Lucas performed a service call on our dishwasher and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was on time and professional throughout and explained what he was doing and was able to resolve the issue

Highly recommend this company, Michael is very professional and knowledgeable, he correctly diagnosed the issue with our oven, was upfront about the cost of repair, ordered the part for us, and then came on time and fixed it. He's a very nice and honest person! Will def call him back if needed.

This guy shows up in a small car with a backpack and fiddles with my washers buttons and said I had to wait a week for a part. Wigo Appliance comes in literally right behind the guy and fixes my washer in 20 minutes for half the price. I will never use this service again.

Lucas help us out with a fridge repair. He was honest, on time and reasonably priced. Prior to our scheduled appointment he checked in, over a long weekend, to ensure he would bring the correct parts needed.It was reassuring that he provided updates on his arrival. During the service, he explained what was wrong, how he would repair it and was thorough with clean up.
