Prestige Dance Academy ITC

The Prestige ITC is an absolutely beautiful building. The location is fantastic, allowing for quick and easy access from all directions. It is a very warm and welcoming environment and literally feels like you are walking into someone’s home. A kitchen, kitchen table, counters and stools...all of these really represent what Prestige stands for.Community. Team. Family.In the midst of COVID, the Prestige team has done an amazing job at balancing the welcoming environment with a safe and healthy one. Separate entrances/exits, social distancing, increased cleaning, taking temperatures, masks, bins...all with the end of goal of keeping us all safe and healthy.Thank you Prestige Team. I can’t think of a better place for my kids to call their second home.

Its the people behind Prestige that make all the difference. It feels like home, it is comfortable and welcoming. My daughter has made most of her closest friends from dance. As a parent, my needs are always looked after, and most importantly, the quality of my daughters dance training is the best there is. This is a studio that offers something for every dancer, the recreational dancer or the competitive professional dancer.

Prestige’s ITC location is a state of the art facility. From two story open ceilings, state of the art sprung floors, premium stage lighting, digital media video system, and professional sound systems...they have all the amenities to train dancers in a professional and safe environment. The facility is a home away from home for the dancers with a student lounge, home work area, and a kitchen. The studio is located in a central area of Calgary so dancers from all over Calgary can have the opportunity to train at the ITC. The teachers go above and beyond to ensure all students dance to their full potential and teach their students the importance of being professional.  The teachers ongoing training and certification guarantee that your children are receiving the best dance training possible. Prestige is not just another dance studio... it truly is a community. Prestige is a respectful, caring and safe environment and I highly recommend the studio to anyone wanting to learn to love dance!

My daughter has been attending Prestige since she was 4 years old. She began in the recreational classes before moving to the competitive program where she now dances at the ITC location. The teachers here are phenomenal. They are not just dance teachers, they are guidance counselors, role models, and champions for our children. The level of excitement and commitment they bring to every class every day is unparalleled. I love that they don’t just focus on training the kids as dancers, they’re also trying to help them become better people. This was especially evident during the recent lockdown where they quickly set up online classes, fun contests, and regular zoom chats with their students. Their response was exactly what my child needed to maintain connection during a very isolating time. We’re so happy that in-person classes have now resumed, and the level of care and cleanliness that the studio is taking makes me feel extremely secure about sending my daughter. Her best days are dance days!

My dancer has been in the intensive program for the past 4 years and I continued to be amazed and in awe. It is obvious how much the teachers care about their students as humans. They truly put their relationship with the students above all else. The program has a welcoming and supportive environment which has allowed my cautious dancer to flourish, gain confidence and take risks. The ITC building itself is fantastic - spacious, practical and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige's intensive program to any parent looking for a place where their dancer can compete, grow and have fun.

Recently we moved to Calgary and Presitge ITC had come very highly recommended. Initially I had some reservations that my daughter (who has separation anxiety disorder) would get “lost in the shuffle” at a large studio. After one year with Presitige ITC I feel like we’ve been there forever. Every time that my daughter goes to the studio its her favorite day of the week. The staff is amazing and they genuinely care about the girls. I love how much they are helping them build confidence. My daughter really looks up to her teachers and, as a parent, I really appreciate the level of care and attention that they give to my daughter

We are so grateful to be a part of the Prestige Dance community, especially during these tough times. The passion and dedication of Miss Amanda, Miss Lisette, and their amazing team of teachers, is unwavering. They have been totally committed to supporting our dancers through this difficult journey, going above and beyond our expectations, always with integrity, creativity and our dancers' best interests in mind. The Prestige faculty has provided the light amidst the dark, through this pandemic, for our daughter. Whether virtually or in person, they have managed to keep dance alive for her and continue to give her hope and joy - they have remained a constant support, have motivated her, and given her the strength and desire to work hard, to reach for her goals and to still dream.
