My son and I always pick up their 2 for 1 burgers, you get lots of fries, awesome burgers, and the free 2L is awesome too! Service is always great, people are always friendly and have a smile ready for you when you enter!

ordered a pizza SUB got a hotdog bun with pizza sauce on it ( note: i measured my hand after i ate to show the size) I get the same order from other Venice houses in other cities and what it get is huge its on a sub bun! The mashed potatoes had pieces of burn in it and were so dry and flavorless a full side of gravy couldn't save it. the gravy has no taste.

Nasty food lasagna had no meat garlic toast was dry abs they forgot about the pop and slow service won't be ordering from.there again totally waste of .money

Ordered pizza to our hotel room. Asked for plates and cutlery. Pizza arrived with nothing else. Pizza was cold and the toppings were unrecognizable and definitely not what we ordered. Totally disappointed. Won't order from Venice House ever again.

My buddy told me to go try Venice house out. I walked in omg let me just say Adam what a guy amazing customer service and the food omg was spot on. Most underrated restaurant in the city.And I’m talking about the 33rd location

Very disappointed in my baked chicken cacciatore that I ordered last night. There was very little sauce in my spaghetti and the chicken tasted rubbery. I see another person commented on the little amount of sauce. I also found a hair in it. Would not order any baked pasta from this place again.

Ordered the XL Pizza special from their website that was 3-topping with a 2L Pepsi. Delivery was in their timeframe of 45 - 55 minutes, but they forgot the pop and they overcharged us by $2. The pizza was hot, but undercooked. We actually had to throw it in the oven for 10 minutes so it was fully cooked through. Taste was decent and lots of toppings.

Ordered the dry ribs to go on June 17/23 & was satisfied with my order & got the free 2L Pepsi for pickup too. For 16 bucks I would recommend it & came with too side dips as well.

Ordered the spicy Cajun chicken fettuccine Alfredo and dry ribs. The dry ribs were good. This is the second time I’ve ordered the pasta dish and this doesn’t taste the same as the first. It has a weird sweet taste to it and way too much pepper. Only took two bites, its not eatable. Ordered delivery it took about an hour and 15 minutes it was late. The person who took our order was nice though.

Lasagna had no sauce, garlic bread just tasted like soggy toast. Not a fan, will not be ordering from here again. Complete waste of money minus the ceasar salad.
