We are very lucky to have great employees working extremely hard at this Tim Hortons. I noticed some reviews giving low rating because of a mistake in their orders, etc. One must realize the amount of clients going through in one day, several hundreds, so there will be some mistakes. Let's be greatful that this location is open with employees that are doing the best they can to provide you a service in challenging times. Employees at this Tim are very friendly always working hard to please their customers. Great job.

Women in the drive through was super short and rude. Our strawberry drinks were good, but man the rudeness was extremely apparent. Was just passing by and stopped in. Definitely won't be anytime soon.

The place was a mess. The workers were a mess. Terrible service. There was no donuts or anything in the display case other then the stuff that fell in the front and not cleaned up.

Raised concerns with management about a few issues with the staff. They have put in place some initiatives to rectify. Im happy with their cooperation.

It took exactly 46 minutes from getting in the drive-thru to getting the order. Other times it takes 30 minutes, which is still a crazy long time. Arrived between 10 am and 11 am. I've never seen a Tim Hortons this terribly slow.

I'm not big on coffee shops but this one in new hands is in transition and is settleling in nicely ,it's always busy but wait time is moderate inside or out so if you're looking for a pick me and go or or a sit down ,you found your place.
