I can not express enough how amazing they are. Alex and Erin took phenomenal care of me. I haven't had anything but horrible experiences and was terrified to return to the dentist. I can honestly say I am looking forward to going back! They were kind, understanding, down to earth and make it truely a family environment. If you have ANY anxiety at all they are wonderful! I would give them a hundred stars if I could! Can't wait to bring in our boys to meet them!

I went for my first appointment today and right from the start when I walked in and was met by Melissa, I felt welcome and relaxed. Dr. Lam, and his very knowledgeable team were all awesome. Andrea was the dental hygienist and did amazing work. All the equipment is very modern, and they all do a very thorough job, while keeping the mood light, but professional. The clinic is very well set up. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. They made me feel very comfortable and the experience was a joy. Thank you!

5 stars? More like 10 stars! Alex and the rest of the staff at Amherstview Family Dental do such a good job at making you feel as comfortable as possible. They are very understanding and will accommodate you as much as possible. Not to mention that they work they’ve done on my teeth is beyond exceptional. They have went above and beyond for me and most likely all of the other clients they have. I spent so much time deciding on what dentistry to go and I couldn’t have made a better decision coming here. I had my first appointment here yesterday for a cleaning and was blown away at the quality of service and friendliness I experienced. I'm used to trips to the dentist being something to be endured, but the friendliness from all the staff, from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Lam himself, left me with a smile on my face for the rest of the day. This is a truly remarkable place that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome in addition to providing excellent care.

The best dental care you might find. All staff and doctors were so knowledgeable and friendly. I am specifically grateful for Rosita who was very helpful and diagnosed all my dental problems through her knowledge and patience as well as Alex, Michelle and Maya. The staff were very patient and careful with taking dental images, diagnosis and treatment. Also, all the equipments were very modern. I definitely recommend this dental service.
