This is a review for the Fraser Heights location. It is always clean, friendly staff and fast. Food quality is always consistent and fresh (very fresh tomato, lettuce etc).

Great Onion Rings!And the Teen Burger and Apple Turnover were all just as they should be. Tasty and Hot.Plus the Root Beer was Frosty and delicious.Service was quick and friendly.Atmosphere was clean and kind of Industrial.All Good.

Don't go in and order if you are in a hurry. 26 minutes for 4 burgers and 2 fries. Staff is overwhelmed and blame customers for their inability to do things correctly and efficiently. Maybe if you order from the app and pick up giving them the extra time they need you might have a better experience.

We didn't eat in, but we were those customers that came in 10 minutes before closing (I know, just awful) the employees were so kind never made us feel like an inconvenience were quick, efficient, had no attitude even though we were there so close to closing. The food was delicious, they didn't rush or make us feel like an inconvenience! We will definitely make this a reoccurring stop, and next time well in advance of closing time.

Was there during a down time and the dining area is just filthy. The store is obviously not busy but we have no idea how long those garbage and spills have been staying there. We were there for 40 minutes, just eating at the only corner that's clean, no employee came and clean the dirty area. More training is required for the employees to keep the store clean.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Onion rings were so soggy soft undercooked and bottom of bag was soaked with oil. Burger was ok but instructions were not followed. They're so cheap they don't give you extra tomatoe or lettuce when you order it.

I can't say anything for their service, since I ordered a bunch of items through Buy 1 Get 1 on Uber, but all their food including their burgers are cooked to perfection.

Worst service ever and the manager needs customer service training. Received a defective cup and after returning to get the cup and drinks changed, the manager entered into a debate with me that the cup was not defective. The lettuce wrap tasted stale! Never going back to this location!
