All around good shopping experience for plumbing parts. I was assisted by Tyson who helped determine which parts I needed and the most effective way to connect them - far fewer parts than my initial design called for. I got better advice from Tyson than I did from a journeyman plumber. Prices were favorable too! I have always had a good experience at Best. Also the showroom personal were quick to offer help in a non pressured manor.

I needed Axiom Ph replacement media. Basically the media reduces the Ph value of your water before going down the drain. Bad Ph values negatively impact good old cast iron plumbing. Axiom only sell to wholesalers and suggested I try the plumbing supplies. Unfortunately, Best Plumbing didn't have it. However their parts counter staff were very helpful in identifying close by suppliers who did. I really appreciated the help and will return for future orders of products they have and I need.

Consistently, amazing customer service. We recently were trying to troubleshoot a problem with our spa shower that was installed years ago and Jacob went over and above with expediently reaching out to the rep and communicating a plan for how they would support us in resolving our issue. They will have our business for life!

Good selection, beautiful store, and the receptionist was nice and helpful when we visited. However, the salesperson we were dealing with was so incredibly slow to respond, that we actually just bought the same fixtures from another company for a bit of a higher price - I called them and ordered, paid for 2 fixtures, and was emailed a receipt in under 10 minutes. Here, I emailed a request, and had to phone back after 5 days after no response. Then waited again, emailed the salesperson to say don’t bother, I went somewhere else. She obviously didn’t even read my email because I got an email from her today with a quote finally. 9 days after my first email, and 4 days after I said don’t bother, I ordered elsewhere.

Connie is amazing!! We had been to best plumbing one prior, but when we came the second time and met Connie - She turned what my husband and I had found so stressful into something SO EASY! She immediately took the time to assess and understand our shower fixture situation, and generate options for us. She took into consideration asthetics and functionality and what would work best for our space. Beyond being amazing at her job, she was so kind and considerate to our 18 month old daughter who we brought in the store, and our little girl even hugged her legs because this woman had such great vibes. Connie you are my hero today!! Thank you for being you and making the whole experience so comfortable. We feel really good about our choice because of you.

Needed help with a piece for my kitchen sink. A couple emails and one phone call later I had what I needed. I usually dread having to deal with fixing things but they made it a very pleasant experience. Will definitely use Best in the future! Kudos to Katrina in particular she was the best!

Spoke with Stephan today at Best Plumbing. He took a lot of care with us and we had a lot of questions. We weren’t rushed, Stefan discussed pros and cons and took us through pricing and attributes of the shower bases, tubs and enclosures. Very cheerfully, too! Just the Best (ha, couldn’t resist) experience and we will be dealing with Best without a doubt. The woman who helped us with lighting was fantastic as well, sorry I didn’t catch a name!
