I phoned these people 8 days ago asking to rent an adapted van and was assured by Jimmy" that he would reserve a 2016 Dodge Caravan for me for the following weekend. I was quoted a price and told I only had to pay for the rental upon pick up. I was told I could pay cash and that there was no need for a deposit. I called back today to ensure I could come pick up the van and was told it was not available nor did they know when I could get one. This was supposed to be a rental to transport a 90-year old man who was to return to what had been his home in the Laurentians for over 40 years where he would celebrate his birthday and bury the ashes of his wife who died from Covid two years ago. His son and family have finally been able to come from abroad to join him for the occasion for which he has been sorrowfully waiting for the past two years. What a scam operation this is! I would certainly NOT recommend doing any kind of business with them! They are NOT reliable!"
