She took her time and did a great job on my Mani/pedi. Would recommend to call ahead because they are short staffed. Will come back for another service.

Have been getting my nails done here for almost a year. Love the gel manicure Anna does for me. Wonderful service at a reasonable price, extremely clean, and friendly staff. They take great care and do a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend!

Kim is fantastic! I've been seeing her every month for a year now for my gel nail manicures. I won't go anywhere else. She's excellent and I'm always so happy with her work! I also appreciate how sweet and sincere she is.

The staff members were ALL so friendly. Very clean environment and it was my husband's first time getting a pedicure and they made it very comfortable for him. I would highly recommend if you're in Victoria. Just make sure you call ahead of time and ask them when they're available in the day. :)

Very disappointing gel manicure. Went in with a friend who had a gel manicure done as well. My manicurist completed mine in 15 minutes (no joke) rushing the whole time and did a terrible job (gel on cuticles and on the side of the nails) so that she could get to the next customer. My friend got a better manicure as well as a massage and hot towel service, and was charged $5 less!! I do not recommend going here at all. The photo shows the manicure after one day.

I was extremely disappointed with my services here. At the start I asked if I could show the technician a picture of the lash length I wanted, and she dismissively said no. I had asked for a classic lash (and have had my lashes done lots in the past), but the lashes were SO LONG they hit my eyebrows. They looked ridiculous and I actually had to get my hairdresser to trim them down from a size 14/15 to a 12. When I called the salon to ask for a re-do they told me that they weren't willing to take responsibility. At the time when I was in the chair getting them done, I heard them talking over my head about running out of products and saying things like would this do?" "I suppose so..." and It just seemed like they ran out of the appropriate sized lashes half way through and went with the largest size as a fall back. And when I first arrived they asked me to self wash my (freshly showered makeup-free) lashes in a low sitting hair-washing sink which just felt awkward and unprofessional. Ive never had that happen before. I found the whole experience to be very unprofessional

This is in response to Julia Hensley . You phoned the salon 6 days later . I tell you There’s nothing wrong with your eyelash extensions. You normally had length size 13 and the technician used length 14 for you . I tell you It’s the eyelashes extension that poke inside the eye that make a customer cry not like the one that you said it poke in your eyelashes and made you cry . I told you why you didn’t comeback the next day so we could correct it for free if it’s really bothers you instead you said you went back to your hairdresser because she didn’t cut the way you want to . You asked that we compensate you . And when you comeback in 2 weeks and it’s free. It doesn’t make sense. You just creating an issue in order to have a free lashes.

The owner is a friendly woman who did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. We chatted the whole time and the salon has a cute and relaxing environment. Would recommend to family and friends!!

Angel is the best lash tech I’ve ever been to! I fall asleep every time and wake up with gorgeous lashes that last SO long!! Thank you!
