My vehicle was brought here for repairs (insurance claim), Dale and all the staff at Herbers South were very friendly and accommodating. Dale kept me informed with updates about my vehicle from start to finish. My car looks amazing. Autobody Repair. My insurance company recommended their services to repair my vehicle after an accident. They were totally professional in all aspects and kept me notified of all processes. With the parts availability at an all-time low due to freight issues I have to commend Herbers for dealing with the situation the best way they could. It took approximately 2 1/2 months to repair my vehicle to like-new condition. I am 100% happy with their work and the like new condition of my vehicle when I picked it up. My vehicle was cleaned on the inside as well - everything was like new! If I could give them 12 stars I would. The Customer service is top-notch.

Service was incredible! They realized it was going to take longer than expected and went ahead and arranged a rental car for us! So nice to deal with! Highly recommended

In May of this year my car was backed into at a Superstore parking lot. I had various quotes prepared at body shops in the South. I was impressed with how my Repair Planner, Jason, at Herbers went through everything with me when we did the initial review of the damages. So I decided to go with Herbers. I am glad I did! When I got the car back (1 day earlier than projected) it looked better than when the car was new! I highly recommend you stop in and talk to the team here...oh and I don't want to forget the 2 super nice receptionists.100% professional. Two thumbs way up!

Was sent here from my insurance company after our vehicle was stolen and then recovered.Took 6 months to get the vehicle back.There is absolutely no efficiency in the way they operate or quality control. Took weeks just to have the assessment done. We were told the vehicle was ready. Picked it up, went to use the tailgate and it was no longer functional. The driver side mirror could not be adjusted and weather stripping on the door was not reinstalled. This was all functional prior to them doing the repairs. Had to have the vehicle sent to the dealership to correct the damage they caused because they could not figure out how to fix it. When picking up the vehicle for the final time we were told that it STILL needed to have the tire from the initial assessment replaced and it was just ordered the day before. We were told that they had to boost the vehicle multiple times over the winter months and after having it home for 2 weeks our starter is not operational.Would never recommend anyone to go here.

Recently had hood and windshield replaced on our vehicle. Very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of the staff. Vehicle was clean and repaired like new.

I was very pleased with the service and repairs performed by Herbers. My passenger mirror had been broken off by a hit and run. Herbers got me in quickly to provide the assessment and repaired my mirror temporarily so I could safely drive my vehicle. Upon approval by my insurance they managed to get me in quickly for a same day repair. All looks great! Thanks to Dale for his help in getting this all done!

Extremely professional and my car was not only fixed they even did a detail car cleaning as a surprise. Wow. The timeline given was not as promised . we should get updates instead of us calling and following up.
