My experience started out pretty badly with Kirmac. The original manager wouldn't call back when he said he would. My car didn't get touched until the new manager, Khyn, stepped in. I guess the other manager didn't do anything about my claim. If it were not for Khyn I would be leaving a one star review. He stepped in and made the whole experience better and my car got fixed in a timely manner, without any problems. Thank you Khyn. Fantastic job.

The staff are super friendly and were very helpful when I got into a bender and didn’t know the ICBC process. David was super helpful and explained the process and set me up with a superb rental. The place was well managed and timely, they even washed my car!

Super professionals. My repair was going to take a while because of COVID times with parts running out. Kirmac was very professional warning me about it first hand, later on the delays and where in the repairs they were at. The repair quality on my case was factory alike. I am picky and I couldn't find anything that would bother me at all, all connections and fender alignments look perfect. I had a parking hit and run on my front bumper which ended up with a puncture in it and damaged some grill parts, the lights were fine though. Also, don't forget that Kirmac care for kids!

2 stars for good customer service at the front desk. The two doors that got replaced on my right side didn't align at the edges which is pretty off putting. I'm waiting till it rains to see if there is any leaks as a result of this. Inside of my car was left pretty dusty, especially my trunk and the cargo cover as its a hatchback. I didn't realize the dust at first until it triggered my asthma when I used AC. When I put my hand across my detachable cargo cover, it was just covered in dust almost like they took it out of my car and just left it on the floor for a month. Will now have to pay for my car to get detailed to resolve this issue.

I would highly recommend this location. The service I received was excellent. They did an amazing job repairing my vehicle after a small accident and I am very happy with the end result. I upgraded my rental car to a Tesla for a small fee and it was well worth it . These guys are professionals at Kirmac New Westminster. Thanks guys , I’ll be back in the future .

I had the OEM hood on my 2007 Mustang replaced with an aftermarket Cervini hood. The guys at this shop did a great job with installing and painting the new hood.If you need a reputable shop to get some auto body work done, I highly recommend this one!

2019: I had to go back for touch-ups. It wasn't done right the first time. But when I did get it back the second time, the quality was fantastic2023: I had a chip in the windshield. They fit me in last minute to their schedule to get it fixed the day of the inspection which is awesome. I was certain I would be leaving my vehicle for a day while they fix it but Ken at Kirmac assured me they would take care of me right away. I had my vehicle ready to go about an hour after walking into their business. awesome work, fantastic service, thanks Kirmac for everything over the years for all my cars
