I’ve gone in on 2 different occasions and there’s almost zero dressier selection for infant boys. Racks of girls dresses and absolutely nothing for boys. I was able to shop from ONE small rack and all of it was casual sets. No infant boy accessories like suspenders. Can we get a better selection?? Honestly it’s so annoying.AND I was in there for roughly 15 minutes, and none of the THREE staff came over to see if I needed a hand, I had to go break up their conversation they were having on the other side of the store. I think this will be my last time in this store, unless it’s to return my purchase from today.

Well their clothes and fabric are good however regent Avenue oshkosh staff is awful. They are rude doesn't know what customer service means.

I better not have been racially profiled while I was in this store. Just seems odd that the girl started randomly folding clothes right beside me as I’m browsing the clearance section. Then to leave the “folding” right when I cross to the other side of the store.Then after I was done browsing the same girl was very cold to me as I picked up my online order. Not a smile, not friendly. Not even a “have a good day”. Just “here you go”.Please train your staff better.

This particular location seems the staff has 0 knowledge of customer service and of their sales. Please inform your staff accordingly. I choose to come to this location because it's convenient to me. But I'd rather go to another location.Be kind and be better.

Visited two weeks ago.The clothes are great and have great sales - but in a POST PANDEMIC WORLD WHY would the manager not stay home when she was sick???? Brought my six month old child and she's hacking and coughing into her hands and sniffling nonstop around him.Carter's needs to offer some paid sick days to their staff or something

I love Carter's. Don't get me wrong, I love their clothing, their style and their selection and quality. I've clothed three boys with their clothing and it's my usual 'go-to'. But this location has THE MOST MISERABLE STAFF time and time again. I tolerate their poor customer service solely because this location is convenient and I'm often in and out. No greeting, no conversation about my shopping and I feel like I'm inconveniencing them by them doing their job.

Nice store, great clothing, always attentive staff but better off shopping online, instore deals don't come close. Nevermind if your shopping with a stoller you can't move.
