Very nice place with knowledgeable staff. Went in for a couple paints and the gentleman at the counter was nice enough to give me tips and step by step instructions on how to paint rust like objects. It was also so cool to see the items that were on display painted.

Awesome store and really appreciative of the owner / manager! Walked in for the first time today with my daughter and this place has personality, service oriented, and just good fun. Thanks for the Necrons kit and more.

The last Games Workshop in Ottawa. It's not the only place to get their miniatures, paints and games but will probably have the most variety of stock in town. For those not in the know, this company produces miniatures and games that go hand in hand. Joining the hobby means building, painting and playing games with these miniatures. They also sell novels based on the lore of the different games.This location is run by one very nice and hard working staffer and no-one else. Not sure why the company decided to run their shop this way. It's a lot of fun to come by and just chat with him about the hobby. He also provides building and painting lessons for those wanting to get into the hobby on their own, just remember to call ahead and make an appointment.Lastly the shop also has tables you can play on if you bring in your minis. Again, remember to schedule time to play ahead of time.

If your into Warhammer and live in the area this is the shop to goto. It's ran by one employee and he is super helpful and knows his stuff. Goodie of both products, characters and detail supplies available with an easy to use ordering system.

Incredible helpful staff. My partner and I want to get into miniature painting so we came here looking for supplies with no idea where to start.They offer a free mini painting workshop? Which we are excited to try so we can learn the basics. Despite not being into Warhammer itself we were helped a lot.

The manager of this store is extremely strange, pushy, unkept and loud. A buddy of mine went in there wanting admech and the manager said “let’s find you something else” because he disapproves of that army. Another friend of mine wanted a box of space wolf terminators, and the manager acted as if the model kit is non existent. He has been absolutely zero help during most, if not all, of my visits to this store in addition to these incidents. The store itself is almost constantly in disarray, disgustingly dirty, and the manager stands too close to you if you are alone in the store with him. He once told me about his lesions unprompted. Gross, dude.Avoid at all costs.

Great owner. Prices are better elsewhere but he always gives good recommendations.

Overall obviously a good spot for GW merchandise. Everything from Warhammer kits, Citadel paints, brushes etc. My only concern is the shopkeeping... there is always plenty of papers everywhere, garbage bin is full, behind the register its full of empty boxes. Try to keep your boutique in a better state budd! I know the typical patrons might not care, but i'ts all about the image and professionalism!

Prices and selection are much better elsewhere. Shop owner means well, but is a very aggressive salesperson and is constantly recommending more expensive kits and extra paints that you don't need. Try your local games shop instead.

Very friendly staff! We were welcomed, given a tour of the store,a history of the game, descriptions of the different elements. They offer a free figure and painting session for new comers, a gaming table at the ready for anyone any time. Very clean. Very organized. Very professional. Lots of parking.This store is one of the best stores I've been to. Period.
