We love taking our family to the A&W location. The staff is very friendly, well trained and the place is always clean!! A great place for a fun Saturday night dinner out for the kids.

French fries were just awful. Tasted like old oil, almost rancid. Only ate 2. This location continues to disappoint. On past visits, we have received moldy buns, missing items and terrible tasting fries. This is the last time I will be going there. I will continue to go to other locations because A&W has always been a family favorite. Something has to be done about the Dauphin location.

Quality has gone up; looks like thorough training has paid off :)Good: Fast, fair price, clean store.Bad: Storefront not available to customers at all (other restaurants have had seating for a while already, this just shows a lack of looking forward), food was adequate, but not the A+W quality I expect (way way wayyy too much seasoning salt, bun was dry (I'm assuming a quick half toast to reheat), and I had to ask for accompaniments by interrupting" the employee. I may give them another go in the future

Extremely bad food cold onion rings got food didn't order but was on bill not paying attention when paying hhe shivken burger burnt teen burger mediocre at best from person who ate it and never even heard of baby burger but got charged gor it will never be going here again for food

The food was pretty standard. They didn't have oat milk. By the conversation behind the till it sounded like they maybe don't carry it much even though it's on the menu.At times it would be better if we couldn't see the burgers being made.
