Office wouldn't allow me to reschedule my appointment with Dr Walker when I called several days before the appt, due to my basement flooding and being without hot water. Ground is still frozen so even a cold shower is out of the question!!Who would even want to see a patient unable to take a proper shower!! EwTold me to come to appt or start over with family Doc to get another referral.After a long pandemic which included her office rescheduling with me because of her going away etc!?Unreal.

Had a one year follow up appointment with a Dr Gardner for my skin cancer. Drove one hour to Saskatoon. When I came in I was ignored by front end staff. Then I was called to the back room to someone else appointment and still after one year no follow up appointment made for me. Good thing malanoma cancer can wait too.

I have been to this medical office numerous times since May, the professional and courteous staff have always gone above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience for me.Dr. Walker is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate as a physician, that always has time for me. Of the many dermatologists that I have visited over the years, Dr. Walker is by far, the best l have seen and I look forward to future visits.

I have been trying to call for 2 months, the hours of operation day you are open yet can’t get through to anyone or leave a message and not even an email option which would be my very last resort. I did however find an option to cancel an appointment that I’m not certain what it is for as I’m unable to speak with anyone in regards to it. So either it was discussed with my dr and that would mean it was more than 6 months ago or this appointment is not for me. Would like to be contacted regardless as I’m not certain for what this could be for! Jessica Jackson Thanks

Dr Walker charged me for a procedure that I later discovered was covered by the Saskatchewan Health Plan. When I requested a refund she refused and dropped me as a patient. Do not waste your time and money with this clinic. Your well being will not be a priority.

I have had many scary and sometimes upsetting experiences with doctors, but Dr Walker has always been the most kind, patient, and understanding doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve had my condition since I was 13 and have been seeing doctors for a decade. I can say with utmost certainty that Dr Walker values her work as more than just a job. She has always ensured that I understand everything and that I have whatever I need. The front staff is incredibly kind, they have learned my name and answer any of my questions. I could not have asked for a better team to look after my health.
