Unique 50+ Community Centre that is warm and inviting. Lots of activities and a bargain lunch!

Lots of activities for seniors with membership card: Over 55 years old = a senior here. Billiards downstairs, including snooker. Concerts with cake and tea at a nominal cost. TVs. Lunches and snacks to buy. $6 for lunch. Pottery/ceramics workshops, carving, and many other classes for a fee. Sometimes very busy. Garden outside with beautiful flowers. Great place even if a strange vibe sometimes.

I had my covid booster here in December and it was seemless! The place was all set up for Christmas and it was beautiful. The building was clean and beautifully decorated.

It's a lovely community center with many types of activities.This Saturday was an annual large, everything sale. They had a book room, jewelry room, crafts and baked goods, and the general bits of anything room.The building was full of people and stuff, and fun was had by all.

Century House
One of the first Senior Centers in BC located in a beautiful park setting. The flower gardens are beautiful in the Spring. There is a small volunteer run cafe with affordable refreshments. A wide range of programs are available.
