Fantastic experience with them from beginning to end. The website is easy to navigate, their range of products is great. While you won't find all the produce the world has to offer, keep in mind they try to source as local as possible and no one needs dragon fruit to survive. Their packaging uses the least amount of plastic I have experienced through delivery. Their deals are nice. Their team is fantastic. I had a wonderful...fantastic really, woman deliver my box. She clearly belonged to the team and was genuinely happy to have a new customer join their group. I even received a little welcome gift. The produce I ordered was top notch (including fruits)...no brown spots, no rot. Their meat is from excellent producers. Their breads are great. I highly recommend. Forget the needless large grocery stores and get back to what kitchens are supposed to look like. One small warning - if you do biweekly deliveries, be aware that deals change weekly. If you happen to see a deal within the first week and add it to your box, the price will automatically go back to full the following.

Frankly the way they treat employees is appalling let people go without prejudice" with zero explanations after complaining that they are to busy and your only half trained

Just received my first box and I’m very pleased. The quantity is very fair and everything seems fresh except the celery which appears to be on one of its last day’s. I like that they refrained from using plastic where they could but some of the items came wrapped in plastic unfortunately. It comes in a reusable green bin and gets delivered right to your door! They gave me a few complimentary items to make coconut rice which was a lovely touch. I also like that you can customize your order if there is anything you don’t like.

Exceptional customer service, super helpful staff, and an impressive variety of products.

I used this service for past last year, and really wanted to love it and even gave them a second chance. Every box something turns up a little moldy or slimy. Every single time they switch the boxes, they charge me for the old one (so I have to email to get 6 outstanding bin charges removed, routinely). Their website has a lot of bugs and issues, their delivery ETAs are never accurate (I mean they say 20 mins away and it takes 3 hours) so your produce will be frozen solid in the winter if you're not home waiting all day.The Most recent problem, I booked a holiday stop on my biweekly order and it showed up at my door anyways, and was rotting outside for three days. They refused to remove the charge bc I apparently did not submit the holiday stop request in time (it was a full day before my order, and I received an email confirmation the holiday stop was in place). So again, really bad website design, and you'd think considering they emailed me a confirmation they would at least refund the rotten three-day old groceries I had to wash out of their bin. Especially since I had the holiday stop confirmation, so it didn't even occur to me to arrange for a neighbor to bring it inside. This was very unfair and really bad customer service on their part....I get the feeling problems occur so frequently they can't afford to reimburse when they mess up, a common customer service practice within bad companies.All and all, bad customer service, terrible business model and web design. So disappointing, as there really isn't another option here in Edmonton, but given the many inconveniences it truly is just more convenient for me to shop at multiple stores/markets once a week, rather than dealing with organic box and all their issues.

If you enjoy bruised and near moldy fruit and waterlogged greens at a premium price, this is the place for you. I have tried several times to get behind this place and love the concept. I also understand its hard to source things here in Edmonton. However, I have constantly been let down by the quality of most of their products and my complaint is not just a one-off. I can't be paying $60 for a box of produce every week and sending 1/4 to 1/3 a week directly to the compost pile. Not only that, they don't follow delivery instructions half the time and don't follow up when you log your issues with each box with their online system.

They failed to deliver our Hello Fresh on a Monday because our buzzer wasn't working, which was not on them. However, they said they would try again later and call and they never did. We are still waiting and it is now Tuesday evening. Awful.

I'm sure your service is beneficial and wonderful to many, how ever this driver's lack of driving knowledge is the reason for my post. This was taken a few minutes ago by my son. Now that I'm home, I am posting to ensure this driver gets a talking to. Flashing your hazards does not excuse potentially hitting the passenger side of my truck as I turned south bound off 34 Ave onto 71st. The driver was at the stop sign across the road headed south also onto 71st. Heads up, you DO NOT have the right of way.This vehicle is a mobile advertisement and unfortunately, it did not make this service look good today.

I have been with the Organic box since they started years ago and have always been so happy with the quality of service and produce. The rare occasion I had a moldy lemon. They would give me a credit without hesitation. I also loved the super friendly delivery drivers and sharing the most delicious apples with my neighbors!
