Simply put, our experience with Harris Insurance Services was excellent. We had a tight time-line to complete multiple vehicle registrations. The staff was very polite, friendly, and demonstrated exceptional capability to understand and take care of our needs in the allotted time. They were also professionally to-the-point and provided knowledgeable feedback and insights to all of our questions.

Nobody wanted to register a vehicle from Sask. Went to 3 or 4 places and each had their own reason for being unable" to do the transfer. Until I went to Harpreet at Harris ins. She sat down with me and we did the paper work to complete the transfer. I had to return with the trailer for an inspection and all went well. I highly recommend Harris ins. I dealt with Lisa Pang to renew my ICBC insurance. Lisa responded quickly to my inquiry about renewal and clarified my questions about needing to register additional drivers with clear answers. At renewal, Lisa was very professional and efficient, and very informative about the mechanics of renewing insurance in a situation where I could not attend in person.I would recommend Harris Insurance to someone looking for professional, knowledgeable, friendly service in relation to their insurance needs.

Excellent - I always balance the 1 star reviews because sometimes people do behave badly and it's mutual not just one sided. For me - we have used this office numerous times over the years, most recently when trying to sort out how to bring a used vehicle in from out of province. I called a few other agencies just asking general questions and I got no clear answers or help. The right person in the right moment a this agency didn't know the answer but when to go figure it out and called me back! Problem solved with one call I wish I had made first!

I started using Harris Insurance when my car insurance renewed this year. However when I had a simple question about changing insurance coverage the lady said she couldn't help unless I came in because there is no way to verify my identity. Ive dealt with other companies who have given me quotes online. And in 2020 there are many ways to verify your information over the phone. Think Banks, my home insurance, etc. I'm taking my business elsewhere. If you can't adapt with the times, especially Covid times, I'm sure I won't be the first to switch.

To start, that’s not my actual name, obviously. I went to Harris Insurance Services after a disastrous 4 hours with BCAA trying to register and insure a used car, despite already having a vehicle registered with them. Harris provide top shelf advice and help getting my new used vehicle registered and insured. Janet did a fantastic job explaining everything to me and “translating” ICBC speak so that I perfectly understood what was happening. Thanks to her, I was able to register and insure my Japanese import in 45 minutes. I absolutely recommend Harris Insurance Services, and Janet in particular, to anyone looking to get their vehicles ready to roll.
