We ordered 2 meals tonight. My husband's meal was missing both his fries and bun. Good thing he likes meat!Not the first time this has happened. The food is good, if you get it.

On Sunday my hubby and I treated ourselves to a trip to Swiss Chalet in Brockville. It has always been one of our favorite places to eat. We got there shortly after four in the afternoon, thinking that we were playing it safe by going early. Wow were we wrong, it was already busy but no problem. The smiling lady at the door took care of us very efficiently.My husband had his usual Quarter Chicken Dinner, but I opted for something new. I decided to try their new Fish & Chip Dinner. I'm so very glad that I did. It was fantastic, the best I've had in a long time. The fish was moist on the inside and chrispy on the outside. And you know how great their fries are.We were full and very satisfied. We even used our CAA membership for a free Canadian Maple Sunday to share. Served with two spoons of course.CHEERS Swiss Chalet!

The Chicken was very very oily. They forgot the utensils, butter and whatnot. Not impressed as it was our first time. I actually enjoyed the Caesar salad

My wife and I have been here a few times and it is amazing! When we went tonight, it was packed with hardly any empty tables. We were greeted quickly by someone genuinely smiling, seated quickly and our waitress arrived soon after. The restaurant was extremely busy but we felt very well taken care of and the food was, as usual, incredibly good. The quarter chicken is the best chicken we've ever had and the service is always exceptionally good. This is about 25 minutes from our home, but well worth the trip.

Visited today. Had a crispy chicken breast that would chip a tooth.Served with a half a side of fries that were like nails and the other half was bits and tiny pieces of gravel.Worst experience ever at Swiss Chalet

Hadn't eaten at a dine-in Swiss C for a while, so this was a real treat. Love the type of fries better than anywhere else. Even Harvey's don't serve the same quality of fries. Chicken and sauce were good, too. Enjoyed the meal immensely. It's one of my favorite places to dine-out.

So went in for take out and found out that there hours have changed to 9pm close yet there website says 10pm time to update. Overall love the food the chicken, fries and chalet sauce is still amazing. But l can say 15.00 for a rib burger is a little pricey.

Was there Father's Day. Waitress seemed a little stressed. We ordered garlic cheese loaf. Hardly any cheese, no garlic taste and hard as rock. We waited forever for food not sure why. Everyone else was being served. My chicken strips were over done and tasted like it. Ceasar salad needed more dressing. Hubby meal was ok except salad. Very disappointing
