Their case manager Kelsey has terrible communication with landlords and is not responsible. I drove 3 hours for an appointment with her and she did not show up, with no emails or calls updating me about her cancellation. She simply did not show up. This organization should do better with communicating and respecting people’s time.

I live in a one bedroom through supportive housing.Have gotten zero furnishings for my UNFURNISHED (website says furnished) apartment They have failed to have ANY HEATING SYSTEM installed.My chihuahua is cold at night.Furnace company came & put 18 inch gas line in,capped it & never came back.Last night,went to dogs bed,SMELLED GAS.These workers left jar of gas leak detector so the bubble show of leaking gas didn't suprise.They are having this ammature maintenance man fix my gas leak.They even asked to NEVER film on property.They are documented,I even warned them

This place has helped me out and soon I will have my own place. Can't wait and thxs to all staff.

Excellent service really helpful when you need it.

My opinion is everyone drives by and judges this place as a bad place as a dirty part of town or dangerous so no one really has anything nice to say about it however ifs a safe warm place to sleep and you never know where you could end up from one day to the next the staff there try and help *people*in need of somewhere safe to stay people like me you or the next person don't judge by what u see and have no knowledge about.. it's the people outside that they won't let in that make it look bad and give it a bad nane.

I'm grateful for this place. I've been struggling for years to get housing no thanks to my addiction to alcohol. If this place weren't here I'd be stuck in the hub lining up for a bed. It's generally pea eful here, you may stay inside if you don't have an appointment elsewhere. Which is a relief because I've been to other shelters where you are booted out for the day regardless of weather. Yesterday it was storming out and pouring and I was grateful I was inside reading a novel inside of desperately trying to seek cover from the storm. Staff here are helpful, meals are good. And they make it clear not to leave belongings in your bed. To whom gave a 1 star for this place, common sense man. Any normal person wouldn't go garbage picking for clothes... This morning I woke up gathered my belongings, except for a pair of underwear and bandana which I placed under the blanket. My bed was striped for cleaning and the employee who did so threw out my two pieces of clothing. I asked her if I could get it and I was told she would not go upstairs and with me to get them out of trash. She said I could ask another employee to do so. When I asked said employee the response was that all the trash has been thrown out.Why does a shelter for homeless persons throw out their belongings?

These folks are always eager to help you with your home related needs or how to get housing as well.Coner he was so kind and quick to help me fax important papers to wherever I needed them to go.He helped me as long as I needed his help such an amazing nice young man to have on their team.I know I hope to have him help me again the next time I'm there.
