They left me one voicemail 2 weeks ago, “urgent phone us back” and they have been impossible to reach. I have phones 8 times in a row. I have left voicemails on the machine.I just want to know if my medication is covered. Really terrible.

Staff are very nice, but PLEASE make sure you confirm your name/birthday/PHN/treatment with the them even if they do not ask.They did not ask my boyfriend why he was there / who he was a few days ago, and almost gave him an intravenous treatment he was not there for! We only caught it when the nurse mentioned it was his second time back when he had never been a patient here before.As a medical professional myself this concerns me greatly. Though I’m sure this is not a consistent problem (I hope), it is still important that the patient is given the correct treatment for their safety.It was meant for a completely different patient as they never confirmed his identity and appointment type. Rather, based everything on the appointment time only.Additionally, the scheduling here is pretty terrible. It would be a good idea to call and confirm everything with them yourself. (We received 3 different phone calls asking to book appointments that had already been booked, and were then given the incorrect date and time for the first of 2 appointments).
