Hands down the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time! My body has changed a lot in the last 2 years and I was anxious shopping again but Jasmine at the Woodgrove mall location made me feel SO comfortable and special. Felicity, another stylist on the floor was so much fun helping with accessories and putting together looks. Thank you so much Jasmine and Felicity!

Just discovered this gem of a store. I went there to get an outfit for a wedding and their lovely stylist found me a outfit in under 20 minutes. The clothes are great quality and the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend to check out this store

Literally the worse store in woodgrove mall. Went in there about two weeks ago, saw a outfit on the mannequin, asked the worker if they had this available to try on, she took me over to where the clothing item was looked back at me looked me up and down and then looked me in my face and said I’ll give you a medium but we have large if you need it. Just found it super disrespectful that they choose out your size and also just assume your size they don’t even ask you. I have also heard from multiple other people they’ve had bad experiences due to fat shaming.

This was the worst shopping experience. While I was in the store, I heard someone being berated. I thought it was a mother scolding her child (I could hear this from the other side of the store, as I looked for assistance). I decided to just make my purchase and leave. As it turns out, it was the supervisor scolding her employee right at the counter in front of everyone. I put my purchase back and told her on the way out that she was being rude and her berating someone publicly like that was unnecessary. She looked direct at me and asked do you work here"? With the same tone she used on her employee. I will not be returning to that store."

Was visiting Nanaimo for the weekend and stopped by at the mall to grab a few things, noticed this store and we decided to take a peak. Loved the dresses and home decors so I decided to get a father’s day card and a nice black dress.. the young lady who helped us was really nice and welcoming, i didnt get the chance to get her name but my receipt says the salesperson’s name was Sabrina. Will definitely visit this store everytime now! Do you have a Vancouver location?

Went in there because a dress caught my eye. Instantly bombarded. Sales ladie seemed very fake and seemed like she just wanted to make a sale. I would pick one item up and without even looking at it she was pushing for me to try it on. Made me very uncomfortable. I left, thought it was just me till my friend also commented how unprofessional and unauthentic she was.
