I called on a Friday evening as my toilet was not flushing and water was backing up into the shower. Zak came by within 20 min, identified the problem as related to the septic tank. He dug up the ground, found the septic system and cleared the roots which were causing the problem. He did all this in less than an hour and was professional and highly knowledgeable about the the local (Sutton) water system. I highly recommend his services.

I contacted Carless initially because I had a plumbing leak. Zak answered my initial contact promptly and I also wanted to replace my outside water shut off valves and had a fireplace that had not worked in years. I booked an appointment to get a quote to do the various jobs and we booked the appointment to complete the work. Zak arrived promptly, worked quickly and quietly and promptly found my leak and repaired it. He then completed the other work and had to order a part for my fireplace so sent me a quote for that and we arranged another appointment.
