I had the best customer service ever! No debate! Soon as I walked in this place! Richard and Jeff took real good care of me from the very beginning to the end & still make themselves reachable and available after my purchase! They were really patient with me and gave me a lot of jewels, advices and wisdom! Their approach was super kind, really informative, easy going, with no pressure! I recommend for everyone that is shopping for a bike to reach them! You will not be disappointed! Thank you again for everything! I usually hate doing reviews but I had to take the initiative to show the world how good they are because they really deserve it!

Went there twice. For my helmet and gloves, then came back for rain gear, shoes and pants.Both time the service was excellent. The sellers were super knowledgeable with a lot of tips about fitting and materials.They took a great amount of time to explain, make you try the gear, ask you how you feel in it. And never tried to upsale with more expensive gear. The contrary actually happened for my helmet.Warmly suggest this place.

Great friendly & professional Service. Highly Recommend. A friend of mine and I are new to the motorcycle world, having just passed our exam and needing gear for actual riding. Sally & Alexi we very patience and gave great advice and didn't make us feel stupid for asking all our newbie questions. It is not everyday one gets such super service, so just wanted to say thank-you again.

Been going there for 10 years, for a Suzuki and a Kawasaki. I did service, storage and purchase of a used bike. A friend of mine also purchased from them. Staff is always pleasant, true to their word. Never an issue.

Recently bought a Yamaha Super Tenere 1200 at Laval Moto. What a great buying experience this was. Dealt with Mr. Richard Vachon at sales and I have nothing but good things to say. No pressure, transparent, no games, just a great transaction. They gave me decent $$$$ for my trade and once that was out of the way, papers were signed. Delivery was on time as scheduled again with no hassle and surprises. I would recommend Laval Moto to anyone who is looking to buy one of their Suzuki, Yamaha or Kawasaki products. You're very well served here. I did four motorcycle shops in one weekend and Laval Moto was the only one who had floor staff going to each client for help. They helped multiple clients at the same time and we're very attentive. They gave lots of information, great suggestions and always offered a solution regardless of the situation. If they don't have the color, the size or the model, they offer to order it or give you alternatives. Customer service is what makes in store shopping worth it. Any place with technical equipment and gear needs to be tried on and fitted properly. I know that when I'll need more gear, I'll be going there first.

On August 3rd, 2022, I brought my Yamaha Road Star 2002 for a full check-up/tune-up and an oil change. I fully trusted the business since their claim is to sell and service Yamaha motorcycles clearly stated by a logo display. I am a new rider and I would logically trust these people. I specifically asked to verify the idle speed which I thought to be too low.The bike was serviced the same day with a report of wear percentage on the brakes and tires which was reported to be decent.I left with confidence and thinking these people would definitely set the bar on safety and adequate maintenance.I found out (without omitting my own gross ignorance on the subject; read above the new rider" tag) 10000 km and an oil change later
