Very helpful and pleasant experience from the phone call to set a service call to the service provided in home.I received a text message a head of the service team members arrival along with a head shot photo of who would actually be arriving.Beau was extremely knowledgeable and helpful well fixing our oven.

Dowell Equipment is very responsive - they replied quickly to the quote request, showed up when they said they would, immediately identified the issue and provided options on how to proceed. The repair itself went quickly and our dishwasher is as good as new. Throughout it all, they communicated extremely well and Beau and his apprentice were friendly and responsive. Absolutely recommend them!

Sent in a contact request to inquire about removing our old dishwasher and installing our new dishwasher. Received a call almost right away from Jessica. She was amazing on the phone, helping us set up an install date and time, even coming to St Thomas to complete the install. Beau and Brian arrived early in their service window and they did an amazing job!!! They were super easy to talk to while they worked away. Our New dishwasher looks great!!!! Thanks for your Help. When we were in need of a few repairs Dowell was quick to answer our call and once they brought our stove & dryer back life we just had to call them again for our refrigerator. They're a knowledgeable & professional team with incredible customer service. If anything comes up that they can repair, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Beau and Rob were pleasant and professional. They explained the issue with the refrigerator and explained how they would repair it. An estimate was given and agreed upon before they started. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the area where they worked. I would definitely recommend Dowell Equipment for appliance repairs.

We had Dowell Equipment service our Frigidaire range that had stopped working. The office staff was very friendly and scheduled our appointment that same day. The service tech found the problem quickly and we were able to have the part ordered right away. They were back within the week to install our new part and our range was working again. I would recommend Dowell Equipment for your repairs. Excellent service, professional and friendly.

Great experience, or as good as it could be for an appliance repair. Jessica is very nice, professional and great to deal with. Beau is honest, and cares about fixing things right. I had an ongoing issue with my dishwasher and he made sure it was fixed right before leaving. I highly recommend Dowell Equipment Services. Great customer service, and they show up when they say they are going to, which is rare these days.
