The definition of bait and switch.Found their ad online and inquired about a car. Was told one price (reasonable) by the person who posted the ad and confirmed the rental for a date. A few days before the date I reach out to see what's needed for the rental, he gives me another number and says to run it through this website instead.The person on the other number says that car isn't available, but there's others online, more expensive. I check through the cars online and find the one that had originally caught my eye listed for nearly double what was told to me.Definitely a bullet dodged here, but messed up my plans an excessive amount. I wouldn't consider this business for future rentals at all.

Sylvain, Gab and Dustin were all easy to deal with at the Gatineau location. The customer service we received was top notch. The car was clean and we were so happy with the experience.We will be back. Next time we will try some of your other vehicles
