I wanted to give chiropractic care a try for the first time as I put my back out. I was refered by a few people that said the doctors here are good. Unfortunately I was unable to get through by phone, and neither one of my two phone messages were responded to.

Have been going to Dr Sarah for many different reasons since she started her career. Saw Dr Brian a few times when Sarah was on maternity leave.Love their new and convenient location, being able to book online, and direct billing.Both take time to listen, assess the problem, and treat with appropriate adjustments, acupuncture, etc.,to help alleviate the issue. I always left feeling so much better. Often suggestions are given what to do, such as stretching or icing, before next appointment. Highly recommend these two.

Sarah and Brian are great at tending to your needs. Any problems areas that Sarah has not been able to rectify with Chiropractic care, she has assisted, with the introduction of Acupuncture, which was completely new to me. Follow up care is never a problem either, if your problem persists or worsens, they do their best to see you as soon as possible. Their hours (including some extended evenings) work well for shift workers, and 9-5'ers... I have never had a problem getting an appointment when needed, even some with short notice.

Did the decompression on my back felt great. They tried to push acupuncture but I refused - please go to Mario at the Chinese acupuncture place. Much better. Better training and knowledge.But for chiropractic they are good.

I had been having severe back and rib pain for almost a week when I decided I needed some medical assistance. I wasn't expecting to be able to be seen for a few days, but I was surprised when they had an appointment for me not only the same day, but within a few hours of me calling.I saw Dr. Brian that same morning and his adjustment gave me almost immediate relief. To make sure everything was progressing, he had me return a handful of times and once he felt it was okay, said to only come back if something felt off again. Though I didn't mention it at the time, I was quite nervous as my experiences with other chiropractors had been subpar and I felt a lot of pressure to keep returning again and again even after my initial issue was dealt with. There was absolutely zero pressure at this clinic and it was something I greatly appreciated. I know if the future if I ever have pain return, I will be reaching out to CK Performance Health again to assist me.Thank you again to Dr. Brian and the wonderful receptionist, Carrie (hoping I got the right spelling!) for all of your assistance.

Sarah has been my Chiropractor for about 8 years, and she is outstanding. I go to her with confidence, knowing that no matter what the issue is, she has a solution. I have move to Alberta recently, and when I was back in Ontario for a couple of weeks, one of my last visits was to her. I highly recommend Sarah.

Sarah and Brian are two of the best chiropracters I have encountered. They are very accommodating and listen to your concerns. I have recommended them to many family a d friends. I get hurt a lot from doing sports and having a desk job. I've work with Dr. Ytsma and Dr. Jones always have been able to help with the most painful situations and make them better. I've had acupuncture on my jaw, jaw, feet, and neck and multiple adjustments.I highly recommend seeing them.

My first experience with Dr Sarah was amazing. Being new to the area and having to find a new practitioner can seem daunting. I am just so happy I found someone so knowledgeable and understanding. After my first treatment I already feel 10times better!

Absolutely great staff, and always feel infinitely better after an appointment. The only crack I’m addicted to.
