I received my first paper for the week today. The person delivering the paper throws them from a moving car. The paper weighs barely 2 ozs. Sometimes it makes the driveway sometimes it lands out in the road. Paul st is a high traffic street in Picton. I was finally fed up today so I attempted to call to cancel the paper as I pay for home delivery of 5 papers a week some weeks I do get 5, sometimes 4, this week it will be 3 maybe as long as I get Friday and Saturday, but there is no guarantee of that. At 3 pm the office is closed and all I can get is generic question which don't cover my issue. So just cancel the paper and I will figure out how to get the local news an other way.

My paper gets violently thrown at my house every week, and I swear they aim for snowbanks in the winter. I messaged to complain about the missing papers (I didn't see them in the snowbanks) and then the mess, but they never responded. I'm seriously afraid they're going to damage my car or something else one day.

Difficult to contact, office closed, not very sympathetic and wanted me to email my father's passing info and scan the picture, plus arrange pickup! Of course the fallback reason( for everything these days) Covid

Useless! Wasted advertising..We NEVER get our flyers! Phoned dozens of times ...even to Sunmedia. No one cares after they get their money for advertising that's all they care about. Hundreds of papers in Belleville get thrown in recycling instead of to residents. If I could drive I would go to every store to get the flyers, even though I shouldn't have to. Stores, Events, Announcements, Notices ... save your advertising money your flyers aren't getting to us.

Stop delivering this paper. Goes directly in the recycling bin. Waste of paper. Called multiple times to make it stop. This paper is absolutely useless unless you have no internet access. Not sure who is paying for it, probably us tax payers. We would all be better off without this paper copy. Everyone I’ve talked to also throws it out. Such a waste!

I am very happy to see that there was a full page add from Canadian Drug Mart featuring a biblical scene depicting the birth of Christ, which is of course the true meaning of Christmas. Thank you and keep up the good work. Merry Christmas.

Haven't had paper delivered to house in 7 weeks...think delivery person is forgetful.

Phone call after phone call to cancel this paper. Oh it's cancelled, I will call you to make sure it was. Well, was it delivered. No, good. Next week it appears again. This has been going on for 2 months now. What is WRONG with these people. This week again it appeared. Disgusting to say the least.

Love getting our paper but have not received it for two weeks. Also why don't we get all the flyers?
