I had a really great experience with Alain and the Property Inspection Network team.Alain completed a comprehensive residential inspection that brought us some peace of mind. Alain, from property inspection network, was recommended to us from our agent. We are first time home buyers, and the walk through was just so educational. A very detailed report was sent within 24 hrs. Alain answered all of our questions during the tour, while also giving us costs to be mindful of. We did take the house and we don’t regret on spending the money to have him in.We would highly recommend!

I had Alain conduct a home inspection of the home we purchased and he missed some obvious issues that led to a very expensive repair. I contacted a few days after the issue was discovered and he came by to take a look. He offered me a 'few hundred dollars' which I thought was fairly insulting. I contacted Phillip, the owner, and it took him about a month and a number of phone calls from my end to get him to respond. I explained the issues to him and Phillip told me to take it up with Alain and was generally annoyed that I had even contacted him... and even threw in a few cuss words. According to Phillip, Alain is not his employee, so my issue was between myself and Alain. All they were willing to do was return the inspection fee.The home inspection report itself is something out of the 90s. Almost no photos (I assume in order to limit their liability), hand written and delivered at the end of the 3 hour inspection. Perhaps Phillip needs to spend a bit more time overseeing his company and a little less time on the radio.
