This vet is an absolute scam. They spaced out our dogs vaccines over several visits and each time charged us the 95$ vet fee. At the last visit they told us they were unable to give her the rabies vaccine with other vaccines so I had to come back in 3 weeks.....and pay that 95$ again for the vet visit. Looking to have your pet neutered AVOID this place I was quoted just over 1000$. I called for a second opinion and 3 other local vets quoted me under 500$ with basically the exact same list of things in the quote. The sad part in all this is that the staff including their new vet are extremely kind and helpful but ouuf will this place hurt the pocket

I have to say I went here for an emergency for my dog and they were extremely courteous and professional and they tried everything to make me and my dog feel comfortable. The cost was quite fair. I personally recommend this place to everyone and am thinking of transferring my pets file here

The staff is nice, but that's about the only thing this place has going for them. I first went to them over four months ago for my cat's eye infection and after four different appointments and over 700$ of vet bills, my cat is still sick (and it even spread to my other cat). My concerns over his recurring symptoms were practically ignored in favor of just prescribing the same exact thing and/or telling me they couldn't prescribe anything else without yet another appointment, which I would need to pay in full. Even when I called after my cat's eye infection came back for the fourth time, I was told the same exact thing: that I needed to make another appointment. I understand that veterinary medicine can be hit or miss but this just feels like a case of yet another clinic being more interested in the amount of money you can spend than the actual wellbeing of your pets.

Very professional, I had my rabbit treated at this location. They treat exotic pets which is hard to find. They were very knowledgeable and prescribed the treatment that cured my rabbit’s sickness very quickly. They took time to answer questions and make sure that I had all the resources needed to properly take care of my pet. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking care for their animals!

way too expensive charged over 600 to treat ear infection and ear hematoma and it still filled up. Went to another vet the weekend after in DDO and they treated and placed an ear cannula for just under 200 and my dog is feeling better.

Very professional staff and skilled vets who take the time to listen and answer questions. This clinic went above and beyond to keep our pets calm during their check up. They also helped us navigate the challenges of preparing for international travel with pets. I was so impressed and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you!

So much bad experience that will never repeated. Electricity outage… The vet discussed with you the medication…. The technician decided to choose other kind of medication because as she see it is more effective that what the dr. mentioned!!!!!!And as there were no electricity and after back home and saw the prescription and the medication given, i figure out that it is not the right one… called them for refund or replacement… they said NO!!!! we have no refund or replacement in our policy!!!Not organized at all, they are looking only for MONEY!!!I wish that I can reach out the owner of this clinique so that I can complain!

They always have time for emergencies, and you can quickly book online. But they are really pricy. For example for operation compared to other vet, it was 3 times the price.

Very professional and very caring staff! They listened and took good care of my cat. Everyone that was there on any given day was attentive and sweet. I was there three times and met different people. All great!!!

Today will be my last visit. At Vet & Cie after the rudeness and disrespectful behaviour that I received from the staff.I walked in with my dog and my friend tailed behind me, the receptionist made eye contact with her and quickly said hello and greeted her with a smile and never bothered to acknowledge me.We both stood there for a moment while she finished up doing whatever it was she was doing and then again making eye contact with my friend asked her if she has an appointment!So I spoke up loudly and I said I have an appointment, she requested for me to weigh the dog. I had a little bit of trouble with getting him to sit on the scale she then said, not a problem and walked away. When he finally decided to calm down and we got him on the scale my friend called out to the receptionist and she came running over to check the weight. She indicated we would just need to wait a few minutes until the technician and the veterinarian was ready.A few minutes later the technician opens the door (that I am standing directly in front of) and immediately turns to my friend and asks her in French to confirm how to pronounce my dogs name my friend quickly responded……The technician, then proceeded to confirm that she could enter the consultation room. I am standing right in front of the technician as she’s addressing my friend. I am holding my dogs leash, but this woman never bothered to make eye contact with me never bothered to actually greet or speak to me. UNTIL my friend realized what was happening and she turned to me and said, would you like me to come inside the room with you? The technician turn and said oh would you rather that I speak English and then asked me if I was the dogs owner. These micro racist aggressions don’t go unnoticed, and I refuse to spend my money in a place that doesn’t acknowledge my presence when I walk in the door especially when I’m paying for the service, as well as I am the owner of the dog no one else has ever taken the dog to the veterinarian but myself. BUT once I walked in with somebody who didn’t look like me, OH DID I MENTION MY FRIEND IS WHITE!!!!!I was downgraded to being treated like the hired help, instead of the actual customer that’s paying for their dog to be evaluated by the veterinarian and paying for him to be vaccinated at this clinic.
