Tracy was extremely helpful in getting all my warranty issues figured out. The customer service from the team at this service center are second to none. I've already had the tools and used milwuakee my entire career, but dealing with this center had me excited again to know my tools will be covered.

Milwaukee service is fantastic. Everytime I go in, the place is filled with smiles and they always take great care of their customers! Michael does an upstanding job in finding the best options for people and he does it with a big smile every time. This kind of service keeps me coming back to buying milwaukee time and time again.

My husband and I visited the London location. Justin knew exactly what we needed and helped us quickly. He’s very knowledgeable about the brand and tools. He gave advice and insight as well. When a customer lives outside the city it would be better if you could call a direct number to confirm a part or tool is available before you make the trip, especially if for some reason the part isn’t in stock. Milwaukee and this service center are second to NONE! Honestly, I own a contracting business in london, ive been a user of dewalt for 10 years, but as soon as i switched to milwaukee for most of my tools, this service center and brand have been so informative and helpful making it so i always have my tools ready to function my business and keep my employees working.The tools are powerful, if something is wrong with the product - they do not give you issues, they are honest and will make it so you always have what you need. Main tool of use is the milwaukee m18 framing nailer. After having 9 cordless dewalt framing nailers die out on me and the service center on adelaide taking forever with repairs i was hopeful when milwaukee came out with the m18 framing nailers. Turns out they are the best cordless nailers out there IMO.Im not affiliated with these people but after dealing with dewalt on adelaide for so long, switching brands for most of my tools and coming here has saves me tonnes of TIME & MONEY.Thank you!
