BUYERS BEWARE!!! The lack of professionalism by the broker of record is appalling. The Broker of record, Chris Tammi actually swore at myself his client. he went abouts of accusing me when the error and the holdup in the transaction was due to their brokerages fault for not sending the required documents and never took ownership for their mistake. The arrogance and judgmental attitude he has towards any prospective clients is alarming. During a transaction, he even went as far as swearing at me!! This is the broker of record, the lead figure of the brokerage!!!! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
