Nothing like paying over 60 percent of an invoice only to be waiting 6 months for new product to be fixed because the quality is so POOR. Being yelled at by the owner even when his OWN measurements are wrong, I have been waiting 6 months for 3 remaining windows but have thousands of dollars in deficiencies to be fixed such as peeling paint, cracked patio frame, a door that doesn’t lock, one that doesn’t open, loose handles, no screens. Richard has gladly taken my money & still will not finish the work and blames me for his mess. I do not even live at the home yet so I haven’t used the product and it’s already failed. He’s has taken off with my money and now I have to go some where else to finish and fix his mess. I do hope that this posting will save someone from getting ripped off the way I have. Shame on Unitech !!! There are many other window and door companies out there, don’t be taken like I have been.

A nice door but the installation proved to be a nightmare thanks to an arrogant and rude installer. It imposed extra costs on us and a lot of unnecessary aggravation. We were building a new home and the Uinitech installer was the worst trade we dealt with.

We met Stuart at the home show and sold us our beautiful front door. The great service and amazing quality of our front door makes my family very happy. I highly recommend Unitech.

Heavy on the 'Salesmanship' and very, very, very late on service and delivery. 8 months and still not finished just one door. I have to call them every 2 weeks, but receive no concrete answers as to when they can finish the door and casing:( Plus they got the casing all wrong!! Stay away from this company!! They sell you and then disappear!

If I could give this company a 0" I would. My husband and I attended the showroom in early October to look at exterior doors and windows. We're building a house in May 2023 therefore the potential order was quite large. In October I forwarded the window sizes to John

**BUYER BEWARE** Richard and Donna convinced my wife and I to do our custom home build with windows from Unitech Windows. After only one year I am having problems with cold air being let in through the frame itself on several brand-new windows. I have shared photos and videos with them of the blinds moving as they let in cold air. Richard has been promising he will help me fix this but he is never available. He does not respond to my calls or emails or emails from my builder. I guess there is no incentive for them to stand behind their product. Hopefully this review catches someone's eye at Unitech and they have the decency to follow up with me. I will have to reach out to a different window company to see what the damage is and I guess we will have to pursue legal action.Very disappointing.**UPDATE TO THEIR REPLY BELOW** Donna/Richard - why don't you guys just call me to figure out this issue instead of wasting time posting how you think you have tried to resolve this? Stop being so combative and help me fix the problem with my brand new windows from Unitech!***UPDATE AGAIN**** Richard emailed me saying he didn't appreciate me posting this negative review and is now saying he will not help me at all. Defective windows - terrible customer service. Do not buy from here.

Horrible company. Products are subpar and the customer service level is deplorable. Apparently the owners wife stepped in, doesn't know a dam thing about business. Shame on you people.

This is a genuine, honest review. I don't sugar coat. This is one of the best run companies I have ever dealt with. They installed a front entrance door for us, and it is perfect. Excellent job. From the beginning, Donna took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and she took a personal interest to make sure that we were 100% satisfied throughout the entire process. She helped us choose the right product, made amazing suggestions about colour, style and functionality . The installer, Martin, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He works so cleanly that when he left we only had a little vacuuming to do, and the house was clean. Completely opposite to what we experienced with another door and windows company. As I said at the beginning, this is not an exaggerated review. It is a true reflection of our experience with Unitech. We are recommending this company to all our friends and family. Thank you Donna.
