Excellent jerky, ham,and smoked pork chops. Friendly staff and excellent products. The bacon has a great smokey flavor but a bit salty. They do not accept credit cards.

Turkey jerky is awesome. Beef and pork jerky are great too. They got an interesting selection of sausages; breakfast, bison, deer to name a few.

A very unique butcher place that have something for everyone. They have a service for butchering game brought in by hunters. We purchased yummy smoked german sausages, beef and pork jerkey.

They have the best smoked sausages. I drive 200km to get some thats how good they are. They also sell fine food products like extra vergin olive oils and plenty more.

Bought some turkey and beef jerky, really good. Not too salty perfect amount of smokiness and a good toughness to the meat. I can't wait to go back and try some other products from them.Edit. There seems to be a weird taste in the jerky now like and old fridge kinda flavour.

I LOVE this place! They have to many yempting choices with a big selection of meat. They also have locally made honey, suaces, marinades, marmalades, jams, etc. They have a frozen meat section and you can also buy bigger cuts of meat or bring your catch to be butchered there. Their beef, porc, and turkey jerk, is fantastic. My hubby loves their smoked meat and brisket. In other words, you really should stoo by for a visit and try what ever tempts you. Enjoy!

We bought smoked garlic pork and smoked brisket, both are delicious, not too salty or smokey. Prices are really reasonable and they also have a small selection of local wines that are not easy to find, also at good prices.
