The only place I buy duvets at. I like a warm bed and their duvets are GREAT. Cannot have down so I have to buy one of the fiber / alternate filled ones. Have their duvets on my beds at home and in my RV that I use year round!Only thing that could be better is if they had a warmer duvet that was not down. But this seems to be an issue with everyone.Have always had GREAT customer service. Most times I have two people helping me making sure I get what I am looking for.

Poor or No service. Terrible especially since they’ve just reopened and I was the only person the store and there were two servers in the store. I was considering buying a quilt but due to lack of service or communication did not.

I bought a Christmas duvet and it was a great purchase. I washed it yesterday and it came up perfectly/ No wrinkles to iron and no pilling or seams fraying. I also bought a throw for one bedroom and it was very inexpensive but looks great on the bed. They have really good bargains.

Very, very poor customer care service! I returned a defective product and the lady helping me was very rude and was not going to exchange it for a new quilt. The whole time she was dealing with me she kept saying things like, I don't know why you had to wash it before putting it on your bed for the first time
