Heritage House

What a wonderful long term care facility. Great knowledgeable staff. Quiet area, nature all around.

My mother lived almost 2 years there. She was loved as their own. Heritage house was a gift and blessing to our family. Absolutely compassionate care, staff and owners incredible. Words can't even describe. Beautiful setting, home feel, great food.

When looking for long term care for a loved one, it's important to research and ask the right questions, which unfortunately I didn't do enough of when considering Heritage House for my aunt. One of the issues I faced was their lack of monthly auto payment options, as they only accept cheques. As a caregiver with a busy schedule, this was not feasible for me. In today's world, it's vital to have more flexible payment options for the convenience of families. Next time, I will make sure to ask about payment options and ensure they align with my needs. Despite this setback, the staff at Heritage House provides excellent care to my aunt and are very kind and hardworking. If you are someone who needs a flexible and convenient payment plan, it may be best to consider other options.

Excellent in terms of work culture. The owners cum managers Pam and Penny are very friendly, understanding and supportive. There are absolutely no communication barriers. They make you feel valued and respected. Big respect for Pam and Penny. Highly recommend to join for any position.
