CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

Terrible place, ran by useless employees ,Email appointment notification says :One piece of government IdentificationOne Bill sent to your current living address and your phone to set up mobile bankingThis lady that was supposed to be my appointment account set up employee barks at me and consists I need two pieces of Identification from governmentOne a drivers licenceAnd one a health cardI have never needed two peices of Id other then a bill for proof to set up an accountThese people are lazy this bank lacks communication and is overall a waste of time she says there and was silent for 10 minutes before id excised to leave an go to another bank

Waited 40 min just to tell me they can’t make a bank draft , they took the money out from my account to make me the check and never put it back . I had to go to another branch to fix it . Such a waist of time , if I could give them no stars I would !!!!!!!!!!

I would rate this branch at a lower rating if it were possible. The financial advisor I dealt with was not knowledgeable at all and very unhelpful. She was unable to answer my questions and when I asked her to speak to the branch manager on the phone (who seemed much more knowledgeable and did answer my questions when I was in the branch) she told me no" and that she was "busy" but did not say she could phone me back or any solutions. When I began asking her questions it was quite clear she was trying to cover her tracks so that I did not escalate over her head on more than one occasion. Highly recommend finding a different branch!!"

I'm so sick of showing up to the bank to see CIBC is too cheap to hire enough people.

Huge location with no tills3 staff chatting and just giving directions on how to deposit cash getting paid for nothing with all the fees that we are paying to CIBCWho came up with this idea? Of having a huge location with limited service where is the logic?

Not a bank at all. No service. Poor information communication at info desk. No tellers. Won't deal with cash. I had 150k in cash to deposit in my briefcase. Asked do they deal with money there? Is this location even a bank? Was told they don't deal in cash. So I went next door to BMO instead, talked with a nice teller, paid some bills and deposited it into that bank I stead. Suggest you do the same with CIBC and save time against frustrations.

Since it's a cashless location and debit has been down throughout all of Canada since yesterday this location is pretty much useless. Oh and by the way, the drivethrough ATM that does have cash has been closed for a week.

Alisha is carrying me through my CRA and business banking problems. Always a big help and she’s super happy to do so.

One of their representatives was extremely aggressive with me over the phone when forcing me to book an appointment with an advisor. When I told her I didn't have my schedule to look at (as I was driving at the time) and wasn't able to write it down, she told me she would courtesy call me the day before the appointment (that I reluctantly had to book because she did not take no for an answer). I didn't get the call, then the day after the schedule​d appointment (that I didn't even want) she called...letting me know I missed the appointment the previous day. When I asked to speak to a manager about the issue, she hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I don't recommend banking at this location.

Most useless bank everHad an appointment there once, the lady never did answer what we came in for, so we got our mortgage elsewhere.I couldn’t exchange a $20 to deposit one time.I just tried to deposit into the atm again and it rejected my entire deposit.What is the point of a bank I can’t even deposit money into?
