We are easily accessible off Caxton Street and near the Petro Canada gas station and in the same mall as Solo Liquor. There is plenty of parking available. We’re a Canadian fast food restaurant chain, famous for our Japanese food which we cook fresh on our teppan grill with our signature teriyaki sauce. This location always cooks the veggies and rice just right, and puts just a little crisp into the chicken. Always happy with it myself.I only gave it a 2 star because the dumplings were burnt to the point of being blackened. If they would have made those right, the food would be 5 and overall 4.Maybe they can contact me to fix it...

If you order dynamite rolls for take out and request that they be made fresh, you will still receive rolls that were made several hours before you ordered and have been sitting in a fridge all day. Even though they won't make it fresh and the rolls are several hours old, your order will still be 5-10 minutes late. If you are fine with this, then this place is ok.

One of the best branch of Edo Japan is in Marlborough. I visited this place after long time and I found food and service was just perfect and on time.Chicken Yakisoba was amazing.Caring people and great value for money.Highly recommended.

Ordered a chicken soup bowl with extra chicken. This is what they gave me, despite charging for the extra chicken. A $15 bowl of old noodles and greasy vegetables.

Customer service terrible. I got stopped for grabbing drinks from a cup i bought from the store for my kid, she said theres a limited amount of times i can grab drinks when i paid for the cup assuming its unlimited since the fountain is accessible for everyone. And the volcano rolls toppings tasted spoiled and the chicken for the chicken yakisoba is severely undercooked we would have asked for a refund but we already left and its a hassle to go back and we just threw the food since its not edible, its literally asking for salmonella, plus the boba i ordered tasted very bad, the pearls tasted foul and spoiled. NEVER GO TO THIS EDO. THIS EDO IS THE WORST EDO IN CANADA. you will be wasting money for cheaply portioned food that taste like a 4 year old cooked.

I asked for no extra sauce on my chicken and beef bowl and this is what we get in the picture when asked to fix it. They took it and added more sauce. I demand for refund so I can get a better made from some other edo. ****** I do not recommend this Edo Location. ******

Ordered a Beef & Shimp Bento. Service was friendly and order was quickly prepared. I get the food home. No shrimp. Not too pleased after being charged for a Beef & Shrimp. (The most expensive option on the menu.)

Food was not cooked nicely, it was over done and soggy, parts of the chicken were cold, and it was just not good. They've really gone down hill!
