Awful parking, full of potholes. They also raised parking cost like 5 times in 2022.

Parking spots themselves are far from acceptable. Been over a year since any form of maintenance. Customer service is also poor “I’ll get someone to give you a call” - heard that a few times. Zero flexibility on your membership - explore all options first. Only here as a last resort because trust and believe if I there was another option I would sprint away from this company. Save your money and your time :)

Reasonable monthly fee for a downtown location. Very cheap evening fee if you're going to the Marquis Club, Seahorse Tavern, etc
