Horrible service.I made an appointment and missed work. The over booked the day and told me to leave my papers there.One week went by and they said it would be done soon. I called the at the end of the week and they still weren't done. I told them I wanted them back; I'm told it's ok to pick them up. I get there and they didn't know where they were. I had to go back a third time to get them. They were now done and wanted me to pay. I told them to forget it.Don't waste your time. Spend a bit more money and get them done somewhere else.

Une erreur dans ma demande d'impôt de 800$ fait par h&r block révisé par un professionnel en plus il voulais me charger 150 $ pour mettre les factures dans ma déclaration d'impôts que je pouvais retirer et m'a dit que ça ne ferait pas grande différence. J'ai ensuite fait affaire avec un professionnel comptable et non un petit bonhomme formé à taper des chiffres dans une case pour aller retirer un 800$ de plus avec ses factures donc merci beaucoup H&R Block de m'avoir presque fait rater 1600$ (pu jamais)

Très mauvais service.Je voulais essayer cette place pour la première fois, j'ai pris un rdv en ligne pour demain, qui a été cancellé pendant la journée.J'ai donc appelé pour comprendre mais surtout pour en prendre un nouveau et Louise" (qui a répondu mon appel) non seulement semblait très perdue mais m'a aussi laissé "en attente" pendant 17 min.Mais au moins les annonces à télé sont belles."

0 STARS.Absolutely terrible service. 2 years in a row of bad experiences.1. They book appointments and don’t have anyone show up to fulfill the appointment.2. The person doing your taxes stops working there and does not complete your file and they do not contact you to tell you this.3. They yell at their customers when they are very clearly in the wrong.Never use their services - more expensive than the competition and terrible service.
