From coming in to see what the problem was and then getting quote later that day and then installation of new furnace and the next day duct cleaning the crew were all enjoyable and courteous, plus answered all questions I had !! I would totally recommend to all !!

My elderly parents listened to their bullsh!t and replaced the furnace. Since then, every year, they would make endless calls to get my parents to do a check-up. Recently, there is home repair at my parent’s place and my mother told them to call at a later time. Yet, they still kept calling to solicit service. Seriously, it’s Saturday morning at 9ish, don’t call people at that time!!! People could still be sleeping. I got fed up at left this comment because they started calling my mobile phone. If you’re their customer, do NOT leave any reachable numbers with them, they will spam call you to oblivion. &$@!en rats!

Mr. Wahab did a furnace tune-up in March and yesterday replaced my 9 - year hot water tank with a new one. He is professional and polite. I am happy with the work well done so far. The sale person Victor is nice and professional too and offered a reasonable service price. I gave them 4 stars, leaving one star over the time on service quality. Thanks

When we wanted to replace our heating system and install new air conditioner, we contacted a few agencies and we found Absolute Home Services responsive and reasonable. We are very satisfied with their overall response, quality of work and timely completion.

They were kind efficient and excellent communicators… did an outstanding job!

My parents' furnace stopped working and they called Absolute Home Services to come and have a look (their number was on a sticker on the furnace from a previous service or installation). They were advised that several parts were broken outside of warranty and the quote to fix was 2400 parts, 300 labour + tax. The technician advised that we would be better off buying a new one and recommended a mid-range Carrier furnace for 5400 + tax installed.I called another company for a quote to help my parents shop around a bit and explained the situation. That company indicated that based on the assessment this technician gave (inducer fan and pressure switches), there is no way it should cost upwards of $3000 to repair. He suggested we have a second opinion, either with them or someone else. We booked for the following morning.The technician troubleshooted the problem and fixed it within an hour (drain valve needed to be cleared). I do not know why this technician from Absolute Home Services recommended replacing the entire furnace. It's either incompetence or knowingly trying to take advantage of unwitting customers. Either way, I'd avoid this company going forward.

We have our heating furnace and hot water tank replacement done by Absolute Home Services. They gave me a very thorough analysis and explanation of the different kinds of equipments and their pricing and helped me picked the right ones for us.The two technicians that did the installation were courteous, patient, and professional. I will recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

When our combi-boiler broke down due to a manufacture defect, Jeff Taylor and his staff provided top notch care and service to us. Jeff came to our home every few days to check in with us on how we were surviving without a working furnace. At the same time he worked tirelessly to find an alternative option for us. We are very pleased with Jeff and his staff and we will recommend them to our friends and family!

From start to finish, I am so impressed with Absolute Home Services. We have used them before, and before office hours, when I left a frantic message about no heat, I received a call first thing in morning. The wonderful woman who takes calls was amazing, and made sure she sent someone who was able to best deal with the issue in my furnace. I was so grateful that I’d used them before so they knew my specific needs, and when the repairman came the next day, he was absolutely professional, friendly and informative. He worked quickly, and answered any questions I had; then when nearly complete I had one other question which led to more repairs and he was so quick to figure it out. The company is well worth using, their ability to help customers, and sending the right person is what I value the most. I trust them completely and will never use any other service! Thank you !!!!
