Sam was great to deal with. Always there when he said he would be. Made sure he used products I was happy with. Good value for the price.

Didn't show up, and didn't message or call to advise why or to reschedule.

We enlisted this company to remove existing flower beds, level out the yard and to lay fresh sod. The owner and his crew were extremely professional and very friendly. They were ready with answers to our questions and made us feel very much at ease with the work being done. We are extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend this company. In fat, we did recommend them to a friend whiwasasthoroughly impressed with their results, too.

We recently got sod installed and some landscaping done in our sideyard through Anne Vincent Property Maintenance. I must say, Sam and his team did a fantastic job. They are hardworking, were meticulous with their work and their attention to details is really appreciated. Entire team was friendly and they took a time to understand what our expectations were, and executed them to the precision. We are extremely happy with our sideyard transformation by Sam and his team. All the best guys for busy season ahead.

I can’t recommend Sam Hersey and his team at Anne Vincent Property Maintenance enough.From the very beginning I could tell Anne Vincent Property Maintenance was different, they showed up quickly for a quote, so great at responding and answering all my questions and worked so efficiently.The team of guys were all so friendly, professional and hard working. They left my property each night in great condition and you can tell they put so much care into everything they did. They all worked so well together! Such an amazing team! I am honestly in awe with how great my lawn looks now, they went above and beyond my expectations. 10/10 experience for sure!

Amazing group of guys ! They installed my pool pad today ! They were professional and knowledgeable , came out to do a site visit and promptly gave me a quote , once booked in they Kept in contact up to the day of instal! Anyways responded with detailed and quality answers to my questions. All the guys worked so hard to instal the pad . The humble and welcoming service they provided was an incredible experience (just ask my dog who got a game of fetch in with the guys ). I highly recommend giving Sam a call , he and his team are incredible and I will definitely be using them for other projects!

Sam was great to work with. He gave me many many options for my yard as I have lots of shade and trouble areas. Lawn looks great. The team was really fast and efficient. Very well priced. I would highly recommend.

After 3 requests for a quote, I had an appointment set up for Sunday afternoon. The owner forgot to show up to meet with me. I had told him that I needed a quote for a raised bed for one of my clients and was planning for the job to be done in September. As the owner of a gardening business, I know this is a busy time of year. Needless to say I will not be considering them for any other jobs I am involved with.
