I used a kit from EasyDNA Canada to be tested with my twin and find out if we were identical or fraternal. We had been told fraternal all our lives but I was right in guessing identical! The kit was easy to use and came quickly. All instructions were super easy and everything was done in the timeline provided. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I couldn't be more impressed with Easy DNA. The test Kit was delivered very quickly overnight. I called Easy DNA with a couple of questions and spoke to a very friendly and knowledge staff member who provided answers without putting me on hold to find the information requested. Once the sample were collected and return to Easy DNA the results were delivered well within the time frame indicated.. Well done.. Excellent company to deal with. I would highly recommend Easy DNA to anyone looking for genetic testing.. Thanks again.

I was very pleased with the service I received from EasyDNA Canada. Information required was sent out to me promptly, easy to complete process and very cost effective. I had my results returned a day earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend their services.

Did Easy DNA get the job done? The answer is yes but it is how they went about it that made this process more stressful then it needed to be. I paid the full amount for the fastest results possible and the whole process from beginning to end was 8 days. Now they do proclaim on the website that they're three day results take effect once the samples reach there offices. My samples reached there offices on a Friday morning and I didn't get my results until late Thursday evening. Giving Easy DNA process time I didn't count the Friday as one of the days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is 4 days and that broke the whole 3 day result literature on the website. For everyone using mail in dealing with Easy DNA realize that you will be required a signature when delivery takes place. It would have been nice to have an option on the site when ordering the kit to have a no sign delivery. I work a lot so being able to buzz the Fedex guy in and have them leave it at my door would have been better for me. When I contacted Easy DNA about this they shook it off as not there problem and to take it up with Fedex. I called Fedex and they told me the party that mails out has the option to send a signature delivery or no signature. To Easy DNA's credit the second person I talked to when I brought that up was much better to deal with and open to making there services better. The point is to have options as we all have different needs and various life styles. I really think if they get rid of the three day results thing on there site and just say it takes a week then if they deliver sooner it will be a bonus and make the customer much happier. Would I recommend Easy DNA in it's current form?....No I would not currently and advise people to shop around. Paternity and DNA testing can be very stressful for the parties involved so managing expectations is important.

I received very fast delivery right to my door! And quick results after sending the swabs back to the lab. I’d like to thank the customer service team (Stephanie and Sara) for assisting me when I had urgent questions. I’m very happy I have these results and the descriptions of the DNA tested. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

I have never been so disappointed in service. I never received my results for the dog testing kits I sent in, when I called I was told I reached the lab and they gave me another number to call. That number kept telling me their agents were busy and would then hang up on. 8 TIMES!!! Over a 3hr period. No one answers the chat messages I’ve sent. That’s $300 I’ll never get back
