If we could give zero Stars we would, as my husband has been shopping with this company for over 20 years and West Edmonton is awesome, but unfortunately he had to stop at the Southside location because that's where he was closest to and there is a warranty on the wrangler's jeans and when he went in there the manager refused to exchange them based on the warranty of the product not a store policy without a receipt. Even though his information is in the system and West Edmonton Mall location had no problems processing the transaction based on this warranty program when I called afterwards to confirm why the South Side would not. The South Side manager shouldn't be in the position she is as she has no people skills and no level of customer service. If you choose to treat your customers this way with a disrespectful, rude and dismissive manner this company will lose long time customers all because of one rude employee. I suggest the manager learned the policies of the products and the store in order to be compliant along with all the other locations.Please note there is no positive in this outcome as my husband had to go back and try to find the receipt and he returned the pants completely with no Exchange and swore he will never shop with Lammles again for the insane inconvenience and rudeness that occurred at that location even though West Edmonton Mall was amazing you ruined it for everyone else. As we mentioned even though you can respond the manager was the one who handled the situation and handled it poorly without knowing your own store policies even though he told them that he was in the system and they can look at it up

Great selection of quality products for all. My daughter kicked the door open yelled yeehaw and sat on the display saddle within seconds of arriving. The ladies were helpful and sweet, now I’ll have to take out a second mortgage to keep this little girl happy with her horses!

I couldn’t find what I was looking for when Austin approached me to ask if I needed assistance (he was the only one to ask ) unfortunately you did not have what I wanted but Austin helped me to find something similar to what my son was looking for , he was very friendly and personable (great employee)

Every-time I come it’s a great experience!! I love this store and location. Sarah was awesome!! She was kind and very helpful in helping us try on boot sizes/styles and try on cowboy hats! Last time I was here a younger gentlemen helped me out and was also very kind and helpful. Everytime I’ve come to this location I’ve gotten excellent customer service and they have what I’m looking for.

Went in this afternoon needing three things: A bit, boots, and jeans.Bit; was a quick and easy selectionBoots; didn't quite have my size with the met-guard that I need (had to go a size up).Jeans; had the style I liked, but sadly only in the one (slightly lighter) colour.Normally I wouldn't be overly happy about this outcome. But my interactions with Julia made for a fantastic shopping experience.At the start of everything she was quick to notice my entrance, paid attention to my requests, and directed me to the various items I needed in the most efficient manner possible. Despite the above mentioned blows to my expectations regarding availability of your stock, she delivered them with the softness of a fist in a velvet glove. She was knowledgeable, cheerful, upbeat, and humourous, going through everything you guys had before confirming the particular item I wanted wasn't available. She successfully did her best to lighten the mood and blunt my disappointment as she delivered the bad news. I'm not sure what a velvet-clad, heaven-sent angel like her needs to work a Lammle's for, but I am glad she was there to help me out today. I've never been happier to be told a store doesn't have exactly what I was looking for. She delivers a phenomenal customer experience, and should immediately be promoted above her peers. If a position isn't available, make one up.

The staff at this location are amazing, I bought a hat today & everyone was very welcoming. Will be back again!

I bought a pair of Dan Post Boots" for $350 and the heel feel off with in 34 days. I went back to the store and requested them to fix it and they told me there is nothing they can do for me and if I called head office they would tell me the same thing. The Warranty is 30 days. Not very happy with the way the manager treated me and very disappointing that I was only 4 days "över" warranty. Will not being coming back for future purchases."

Went in to buy boots, but couldn't find a pair made in Canada that I liked.Very friendly staff
